I am currently mad at both Barneys and Opening Ceremony for canceling a pair of Miu Miu sequin pumps and an Alexander Wang leather jacket on me. I got an email confirmation, then hours letter a retraction. Is someone trying to tell me something?

Setting up your own shop can be a challenge for new entrepreneurs, but eBay is on hand to help out! As well as being able to sell things you don't want any more, ebay offers an online shopping platform for boutiques with 'buy now' options.
This is a great way to get hold of unique pieces without having to wait around for hours/days to see if you're the winning bidder.

Right now Gap is one of the few High Street stores which is not available to UK shoppers online. They have an extensive transactional site for US customers and soon British consumers will have access to pieces too. They have just inked a deal with Asos.com who will offer Gap's Autumn collection with pieces from the mens and childrenswear line as well as womenswear, and there are plans to add items from the Christmas range.

Investing in items in between seasons is always a bit risky because you don't know how long you'll actually be able to wear them for, especially with unpredictable British weather. Therefore, when shopping at the moment you need to think carefully about your purchases and tailored shorts could be a great investment buy. You can wear them now with shorts and a piece of knitwear, then in the warmer months you can team with a printed tee and sandals.

Today, however, Karl is commenting on online retail as discussions are being held over the future of luxury shopping on the internet.

When buying something online, I almost always gravitate toward websites that provide me with customer reviews, like Amazon, Zappos, Overstock, etc.
It makes me feel just a little bit more secure that I'll like my purchase. But that doesn't mean I don't take each review with a grain of salt, especially since too many reviews can be overwhelming, and now I have another reason to be wary; the gadget accessories giant Belkin has been accused of paying for positive reviews of its products on Amazon.

Hi Casa,
So I did something really dumb and ordered a big piece of furniture online before I saw it. I love the idea of this Contemporary Swivel Mirror, but unfortunately it's made out of incredibly cheap particleboard.
Even more unfortunate, the return policy is draconian, and I'm feeling too lazy to return it.
