Dear Fit,
I love my iPod Nano for running but I really hate the way the armband gets so smelly and sweaty! You can't wash your armband as frequently as your running gear because the thin plastic window gets destroyed. The best compromise I've found is to put some detergent in a bowl, let it soak in hot water, and then I rinse it out by hand and let it air dry overnight.

The Flip Ultra SD Video Cam vs. the New Nano
Now that the new iPod Nano is here, we're all elated at the fact that it features a larger, 2.2-inch LCD display and a built-in FM radio tuner, but the best part has got to be the included video camera. Being the owner of a Flip Video Camera — which is pocket-sized and very user friendly — I was tempted to see if the video quality on the new Nano is comparable to the Flip.
