Are you hooked on my printable workouts yet? If so, make sure you keep up with them using this simple trick. If you keep your iPod with you at the gym, just tape your printout to the music player.

Dear geeksugar,
I use three computers. I have a desktop with all my old data, a laptop for home use and a work computer. Over the last couple of years my music library has spread across all three machines.

I would generally frown upon ever wearing your iPod on your head. Generally, though. But from a man as fabulous as Karl Lagerfeld?

Summer is quickly approaching (well, in my mind it is), so if you're one of those waterbugs that we'd never find more than a few feet away from a pool or beach in the Summer months, and always have your iPod on you, then protect it with the Amphibx Armband ($60-$80) for your iPod and iPhone.
Able to keep your gadgets completely dry in up to 12 feet of water, Amphibx fits your iPods and MP3 players no matter what the size, and still lets you control your tunes with its see through touchscreen cover and sealed headphone jack system. Since all of the armbands have a latch locking mechanism, you can take this armored car of waterproof armbands in the pool, ocean, water park, lake, or wherever you find a body of water.

When Barry met Lizzie: American President Barack Obama met Queen Elizabeth II in the UK today, and they exchanged gifts, which is customary. The Queen gave Obama a photo of herself, and what did Obama give her? An iPod!

I love my iPod speakers, but they're definitely not as design forward as the Science and Sons' Phonofone II (on sale for $425, originally $495). The classic phonograph player, which was invented at the very end of the 19th century, is the inspiration for the Phonophone II, which has been updated for the 21st century. Made of cast ceramic, this art-meets-old-school-technology sculptural object was designed by Tristan Zimmerman for Science+Sons, and works as an amplifier for an iPod or MP3 player.

Although we are in the midst of some scary financial times, the earth does not stop spinning, and the gadgets won't stop coming. So instead of depriving yourself of a new gadget (or two) this year, save up your dough (be careful with those credit cards!), and splurge on one of these "recession-approved" gadgets. Why are they recession approved?

This month's Vogue has a great interview with Mrs. Bill Gates, the lovely philanthropist Melinda Gates. The interview focuses on the Microsoft founder's better half, but there's a fun Apple rivalry moment in the piece, when the subject of the couples' kids is brought up.
She says: "There are very few things that are on the banned list in our household.

Isn't season 13 of ABC's The Bachelor a hoot? After this week's "The Women Tell All" episode, I was still LMAO after Natalie went on about how the separation from her cell phone and iPod caused her to act the way she did on the show. She even went as far as to say that her "BlackBerry is her life source."

Who doesn't crank up the tunes occasionally for a rocking cardio session or to block annoying conversations on a morning commute? Unfortunately, dialing up the volume of your iPod can adversely affect your hearing.
We all know that prolonged listening to loud music can lead to hearing loss.
