I guess if I can't have my dream Lego house, perhaps I can settle for a Lego kitchen instead? Created by Paris designers Simon Pillard and Philippe Rosetti, the Munchausen LEGO kitchen was made with an IKEA kitchen island base, which was then entirely covered with Scandinavian Lego pieces. The entire project took about a week to finish and certainly gives a plain white kitchen a bold new look.

You know all those hip wall decals you've seen floating around recently? I know what you're thinking: you're afraid of using them on rented walls (sticky residue), or you can't find one that you love. Fret not, stylish friends, DezignWithaZ is here to help.

Why do I like this Find a Face ($180) rug? Cause it reminds me of those fancy found object robots from Gordon Bennett I showed you last year. Yes, I'm still thinking about them.

Forget pillow talk, how about pillow tech? Who knew there was such a market for geeky pillows out there? I already surround myself with gadgets and geekery, so why not decorate my home with a few pillows that hold my tech, remind me of tech, or that are just tech-related?

Geeky pillows are kinda like geeky cakes — they hold a special place in the hearts of techies. But these Star Trek pillows, which were made by ldhenson, are in a league of their own.
Trekkies and techies alike will agree that these felt pillows are pretty exquisite — they are not only made with love by hand, but they actually glow in the dark.

Although I'm a technology geek, I can't get enough vintage. And with the upcoming premiere of Mad Men — my favorite retro drama that tosses in vintage tech left and right — I couldn't help but include a roundup of some vintage goods within these here pages. But why desk lamps?

Etsy sellers have located a sweet spot: geeky throw pillows. I've seen websites and other tech icons as pillows, but I'm really delighted by this iPod Pillow Cover ($18).
Rendered in soft gray (a better decor choice than Apple white), the pillow cover is made of soft felt recycled from plastic water bottles.
