Homeboy in the aquamarine button-down forgets the purpose and function of a microwave during this demonstration. One blooper leads to another. Meanwhile, I'm scratching my head wondering why we're nuking soap in the first place?

One of the amazing new features of the iPhone is it's revolutionary multi-touch display that lets you control everything by without buttons. You can glide through albums with Cover Flow, flip through photos and email them with a touch, or zoom in and out on a section of a web page. Check out this video of Jeff Han as he demonstrates how touch driven computer screens will change the way we work and play.

At his seminar in Aspen, Iron Chef Michael Symon had a lot to share beyond flavor and spice. The pork-loving chef demonstrated how to make a double-bacon "BBLT" sandwich, with bacon, pork belly, lettuce, and pickled tomato, and kept the crowd entertained with his wisecracking (in addition to wanting to kill the inventor of the garlic press, Michael also wants to go after the guy who invented turkey bacon). Kate Winslet has accepted £25,000 from The Daily Mail after the newspaper disputed her comments about her exercise regime.
Kate filed papers in May saying she was distressed by the feature, which was published in January and disputed a quote in which she said that she didn't go to the gym, but does twenty minutes of pilates DVDs every day. The Mail published an apology in September, accepting that she was not lying, and agreed to pay damages and costs.
