Michelle Trachtenberg Needs Two Phones For Her Busy Life
Obviously, Michelle Trachtenberg didn't get the memo about how I'd wire Georgina Sparks for her upcoming stint in college, otherwise she'd toss that RAZR2 V9x and BlackBerry Curve and replace it with an iPhone 3GS! Although I am digging her color choice for the outfitted BlackBerry (which is the phone of choice on another show I'm quickly becoming addicted to), I'm just left wondering who carries a RAZR anymore when you're as busy as Michelle!?
At least the iPhone would make it easy to check calendar appointments, make calls, and check emails, plus with endless apps, she can keep her professional (and personal) life chugging along without needing to carry a duo of phones.
Celebs Help Launch LG's New Phone
LG held a special "Mobile TV Party" at Paramount Studios this week to celebrate the launch of the LG VX9400. If the celebrity status of the people that show up for such events is any indicator, this device looks to be a little less alluring and youthful than the Sidekick iD. Not that I don't have a soft spot in my heart for Brenda Walsh or Lauren Conrad, but you gotta admit the crowd was less, how shall I say this, "hip" than some launch parties.

You may not be rushing out to see Vacancy tonight, but if you love Luke Wilson you can get your hands on his Motorola i875 cell phone for Boost Mobile from the movie. Apparently, the phone is all battered up from the set and doesn't close properly, but appears to be functional with the battery included. Pop caught Adam Brody at the T-Mobile SIDEKICK iD Launch in Hollywood and I noticed there was an unusual number of ladies out to celebrate the event as well - making me wonder if the new Sidekick will be the more feminine counterpart to the limited edition Dwayne Wade Sidekick 3. The iD certainly has the whole pretty and pastel thing going for it in these photos, but from what I hear you can actually customize the cover and make it whatever color you want. Jenna Jameson and Kelly Monaco showed their love for it by doing the "here's my sexy pose with the phone" move that's become popular on the gadget red carpets.

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria seems to be a hot ticket on the geeky circuit. Last week we spotted her hanging out at the Microsoft Vista goodies party and yesterday she posed with the Motorola KRZR after accepting a $245,000 check on behalf of Padres Contra El Cancer from AT&T.
The money will go to help fund the organization's programs that provide support to Latino children battling childhood cancer and their families, and Eva apparently sang the praises of AT&T for their support.

Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl showed off her new white BlackBerry Pearl at the T-Mobile Café at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. I'm just jealous she got her hands on the new white model before I did.
Apparently Heigl's five T-Mobile "myFaves" contacts include her fiancé Josh Kelley, her mom, aunt, uncle and one of her best pals.
