Remember the good ol' days when you needed to manually go through a list to put it in alphabetical order? Thanks to modern technology and programs like Word and Excel, we can instantly alphabetize our work without having to rehearse our ABCs. If you are working online and you need to quickly alphabetize something, check out Alphabetizer, a site where you can input your data and it will quickly sort your list.

Risk with cardiovascular medications
While nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are the major medications responsible for causing peptic ulcers, drugs taken for cardiovascular disease and its risk factors may also cause ulcers. Recent studies have found an association between increased risk of ulcer and the following drugs:
- Spironolactone, a common diuretic used in heart failure
- Niacin, a drug used to lower "bad" cholesterol and raise "good" cholesterol
- Vitamin K antagonists, commonly prescribed anticoagulants
- Dipyridamole, a drug for secondary stroke prevention
- Low-dose aspirin, prescribed for both heart attack and stroke prevention
Risk of peptic ulcer increases dramatically when these drugs are used in combination. Considering the millions of people who take these medications to prevent a life-threatening cardiovascular event, their impact on peptic ulcer development could be monumental.

Spice up your reading library with this selection from Bill Martin Jr. A well-worn copy of his Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See is probably sitting on your child's bookshelf right now.
I was recently introduced to one of his later books, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and our entire family bopped along to its rhythmic beat.
The quirky story, about the letters of the alphabet all trying to climb up a coconut tree, is filled with jazzy lines that are sure to put a smile on your lil one's face.

Sometimes the best geek tips aren't something huge and revolutionary — sometimes they're "duh" things that you either forget you can do, or they're so simple you feel like you should have known but just never learned for some reason.
My "duh" geek tip is being able to use drag and drop in Google Reader to organize your feeds. I've been using the "Manage My Subscription" button ever since I've been a Reader user, and manually going to arrange and organize my feeds.

If you've ever found yourself in a new city and wished you knew where to go to find a chocolate payload then consider yourself lucky. Just in time for chocolate month, the folks at TasteTV have released The Chocolate Guide, a book on local chocolatiers, chocolate makers, chocolate shops, and more. This edition covers the West Coast — it says it covers California, Utah, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia; however, I found it to be really California-centric — and gives you descriptions and photos of each place.

I'll tell you right now, I absolutely love game night. Sure it seems nerdy, but a nice glass of wine and a good game of Scrabble really make me happy. So when I found out that Brooklyn based Mary & Matt created a Chocolate Scrabble bar ($6), I knew I had to order one right away.

Discussed on Lifehacker, this little tidbit from Digital Inspiration is a great way to get instant access to your friends phone numbers.
