Thanks to Canon and their new DW-100 DVD recorder, you can instantly burn your videos onto DVDs by simply connecting your video camera to this device. According to Akihabara News, this type of recorder is not new, although it is one of the first to record high-definition videos with AVCHD codec.

If you loved The Bollywood Dance Workout DVD, here's another one from Indian dance diva Hemalayaa with a pop-culture bend to it titled Bollywood Burn ($15). This video has three different dance segments, so you can do all three at one time (42 minutes total), or just choose one or two dances if you're pressed for time.
I've got to say that when the DVD started, I felt a little silly doing the moves.

When you just can't seem to dig up the motivation to get moving, the one thing that might give you a push is the possibility of having fun. Kimberly Miguel Mullen is all about putting joy into a workout with her Dance and Be Fit — Lower Body Burn DVD ($15), which consists of a five-minute warmup, two 20-minute sequences, and a five-minute cooldown.
It always throws me off when you're guided by a voice-over and not a speaking person, but once I got past that, I was able to enjoy this fun dance program.

Although I enjoy practicing yoga in my living room, I rarely have the time — and to be honest, the discipline — to complete a whole 90-minute session alone. For those reasons, I really enjoyed the DVD Trudie Styler's Warrior Yoga ($15). The full practice is 50 minutes long, and the verbal instruction is so professional and specific it felt like a private lesson.

Although I'm not a huge fan of DVDs that have the words "weight loss" on the cover, I did love the Weight Loss — Cardio Sculpt video I reviewed a while back.
Here's another video from that series called Weight Loss — Cardio Kick ($15). This DVD follows the same format of a few minutes of cardio, and a few minutes of strength training with weights, so it goes by really fast.
