My boyfriend and I are furnishing his apartment, and are having trouble finding a rug we both like! The furniture we have already bought is modern, but I like to mix modern with more traditional accents so that in five years we don't hate the look we created. The Ladies Go For the Gold on the Globes Red Carpet
Many of our favorite stars walked the red carpet at the Golden Globes last night and it appears as if nude-colored numbers were the new black. Angelina Jolie took a break from posing with Brad to show off her sparkly Versace gown, while J Lo showed some serious skin in her gold Marchesa. Salma Hayek was showing off those assets in one of the night's many Dior numbers.
Angelina and Kate Lead the Ladies Down the SAG Red Carpet
Some of our favorite actresses got glammed up to walk the red carpet at last night's Screen Actors Guild Awards. Angelina Jolie and Kate Winslet were joined by Slumdog Millionaire's Freida Pinto in different hues of blue, which turned out to be the shade of the night. First the people chose then last night the critics awarded an A-list crowd of actors, writers and directors with their favorites. Jason Alexander opened the event asking Brad and Angelina to adopt him before Ben Stiller took home the first award of the night for Tropic Thunder as the Best Comedy. The most moving moment was when Heath Ledger won and director Chris Nolan accepted his award with a standing ovation from the crowd.
