The Internet has been so over-saturated with the geeky cake phenomena that I have been totally brainwashed into thinking that everything edibly geek must be sweet. Not so, says the "1Up Mushroom" Mushroom Burger!
The only edible 1Up mushroom treat that I had spotted before was these candy sours, but now my mouth is watering for red meat, mozzarella, and portobello mushrooms.

This regurgitating action is called reflux. Reflux causes heartburn, and although most people have an attack of heartburn at some point in their lives, persistent reflux and severe heartburn may indicate GERD.

Chili's is one of those chain restaurants that I'm sure we've all been to at least once. This bar and grill has just about everything from wings to soup, from fajitas to steak. With such a diverse menu, it's nice to see there are some healthier options to choose from like salmon, grilled chicken, and salads.

However, if I have any leftover, I'll dice them up and toss them into a salad, or warmed-up and sliced into an omelette. Own of my other favorite things to do is toss it into pasta.

I'm in a vegetable rut. I keep buying all the same veggies and there are only so many different ways you can eat a carrot, you know? If you're feeling the same way, it's time to expand your garden horizons and try some new things from the produce department.
