I have been too busy to really get down and dirty with the new iLife '08 and iWorks '08 so I thought I would start by bringing you new features as I find them. This is a feature that you will need .Mac for, another product that I completely love.
First off publishing a web gallery to your .Mac site produces a truly clean and beautiful picture site.

Was I secretly hoping that Steve would pop out on the stage this morning? Yes. I guess in Phil's defense, those are some pretty big New Balance tennis shoes to fill.

So, I've been on a 90s high ever since I bought the first season dvd of Beverly Hills, 90210. It is only the first ever teen drama series I fell in love with. Though I was just a little girl when I started watching it (blame my older sister!) and I couldn't really understand the show, I instantly fell in love with the fashion *gasp I KNOW.

One of the neatest features in 10.5, which is releasing today, is a called Time Machine. All you need is an external drive hooked up to your Mac and then you turn it on. It scans your drive hourly and backs up any changes made to your files.

Who else watched the Apple Special Event?
I just finished watching it this morning because of the time difference. This is the first event where I've come out having such a huge Apple wishlist!

Even though all those photo-hosting sites make it really easy for me to upload and share my photos with friends and family, it really doesn't help me stave off complaints from my grandparents. Since they still subscribe to the old-school photo album ways of the past (which is totally appropriate — they are in their 80s!), I can't help but feel guilty that they can't hop online and check out the pics from my latest cross-country adventure.
So instead of printing out photo after photo (and wasting money on photo paper, ink, or printing fees), why not take the best of your photos and make them into a glossy, hardbound, and professional-looking photo book?

Ok, are you ready for the second challenge????
A secret my good friends know about me is that if I could look like or be any person other than myself, it would be the fabulous Coco Rocha! I adore her!

Wish you could better sync your Mac with your Nintendo Wii? Well Wii Transfer 2.6 is a free download that will help you do just that.
Wii Transfer makes it easy to share music, pics, and movies right on your Wii using the Internet Channel on your console.

Taking screenshots on the old iPhone was a difficult task, requiring you to perform a preference hack then do some tricky moves with buttons just to get a screen grab. But thankfully on your iPhone 3G (and if you've updated to the 2.0 firmware update for an older iPhone), it's so much easier and doesn't require any hacking into your new, pristine toy.
To take a screenshot on an iPhone 2.0 (that's "two dot oh" to you, ma'am), all you have to do is hold down the Home button while pressing the Sleep/Wake button.
