Federal Election Commission Records show the RNC purchases its insurance from Cigna. Two sales agents for the company said that the RNC’s policy covers elective abortion.
Informed of the coverage, RNC spokeswoman Gail Gitcho told POLITICO that the policy pre-dates the tenure of current RNC Chairman Michael Steele.

Unless it's over the phone (which is also hard) so he can say things and not follow through on them, I'm so frustrated and totally stalking him now to not only get a hold of him but to also be able to say look how hard it was for me to get a hold of this dude. he said we could talk about canceling or reducing the rate, but every time i call he says to email him.
