Winter coat...
If only I were referring to the ever so stylish wool pea coat, but no, I mean that terrible winter weight that starts to take over this time of year. Beginning with Halloween and, what seems like impossible to escape, candy. This is without a doubt my favorite time of year, but also the worst for fitness.Help!

In the spirit of transparency, the Obama Administration posted on its White House blog a detailed list of who makes what at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. According to the WhiteHouse.gov blog, every administration since 1995 has been required to "deliver a report to Congress listing the title and salary of every White House Office employee."
