I found online a guy that made his own rubik's cube costume and I said; hey I can do that, and well.... here it is LoL. Haven't had this much fun for halloween in a long time :P
It was pretty easy to make, just bought some foam boards, black tape, rope, foam (color) sheets, glue and small wires.

Did you ever cheat playing Rubik's Cube? By cheating, I mean peeling off the sticker and switching it.

My boyfriend will be leaving for his first tour at the end of the year and we have been avoiding the topic for a long time. Now that it is soon appraching I have taken an interest in doing everything I can to be prepared.
Well, I recently came across USMC gals ( http://www.usmcgals.com/ ), an online community for all those people who have a loved one in the military.

Whether you've taken the time to be a pro at Photoshop, or you just want to make your photos goofy in a jiffy, you'll love Dumpr. Upload a photo to Dumpr, choose an effect like Paparazzi style, museum display, Rubik's cube, or reflection, and watch your images become rad vignettes.
A pro (read: paid) account gets you a few more effects, but I'm perfectly pleased with the current range of offerings, and I like that you can upload directly from your flickr account.

BOSTON - When the clock runs out on 2007, Boston will quietly mark the end of one of the most tumultuous eras in the city's history: The Big Dig, the nation's most complex and costliest highway project, will officially come to an end.
Don't expect any champagne toasts.
After a history marked by engineering triumphs, tunnels leaks, epic traffic jams, last year's death of a motorist crushed by falling concrete panels and a price tag that soared from $2.6 billion to a staggering $14.8 billion, there's little appetite for celebration.

I am having an 80s themed birthday party this year...and while it is an 80s party, I am not going to be TOTALLY dressed in 80s gear from head to toe...but I will be rockin the 80s style...and my decor will surely take people back to days of doing the "Running Man", listening to Run DMC and Michael Jackson, watching "The Breakfast Club" and "Ferris Bueller", and asking Santa for a Rubik's Cube, a Cabbage Patch, or some GI Joes...
My Outfit (sorta)
I will be mixing the pop and hip hop elements I so love from the eighties...

For the DeLorean, it's back to the present
The iconic gull-winged sports car is once again hot, and there are plans afoot to place it back in production.
Danny Botkin's love affair with the DeLorean got off to an unpromising start.
It was the early '80s and a teen-age Botkin was tagging along while his father shopped for a new car.
