I've finally seen Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and I was not disappointed.
A young man named Mutt Williams (Shia Labeouf) seeks up Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford), to tell him that Indy's old friend and colleague Harold Oxley (John Hurt) has disappeared after finding a crystal skull in Peru. Indy and Mutt travels to Peru in hopes of finding Oxley.

Despite an all-star cast and direction by long-time friend Steven Spielberg, George Lucas has some cautionary words for the upcoming return of Indiana Jones. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, will be released on May 22nd, with Harrison Ford back as Dr Jones and Karen Allen returning as love interest Marion Ravenwood, while John Hurt will play her father Abner. Cate Blanchett is also on board as the villainous Agent Irina Spalko, Ray Winstone features as Dr Jones’ rival Mac and young star Shia LaBeouf takes on the role of tearaway Mutt Williams, who rumours suggest could be Dr Jones’ son.

Harrison Ford has said that he never tires of playing the iconic Indiana Jones character that made him a household name nearly 20 years ago.
“I never tire of Indy,” the actor said on Entertainment Tonight while talking about the upcoming fourth installment in the series, Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull.
Ford, 65, said the delay in producing a fourth film was due to the length of time it took to find an appropriate script.

Despite an intense effort by director Steven Spielberg, the executive producer George Lucas and Paramount Pictures to keep their highly anticipated sequel out of sight, a handful of Web reviewers have already critiqued the new “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.”
The fourth Indiana Jones movie is scheduled to make its debut on Sunday, May 18, at the Cannes Film Festival with an afternoon press screening, and another one at night. On the same day the movie will be screened for the news media and industry insiders at multiple showings in Manhattan and Los Angeles, while other screenings are scheduled around the world. The movie then opens in theaters on the following Thursday.

Even before Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull made, like, a bajillion dollars, George Lucas was talking about a fifth film in the series. He’s got Shia LaBeouf ready to take over, and he told the fine foreigners at Cannes that he’s got an idea. But don’t get too excited.

Cate Blanchett had no choice but to accept her role in the upcoming Indiana Jones movie - because she couldn’t turn down legendary director Steven Spielberg.
The Australian actress was ecstatic when the Jaws filmmaker approached her to play the villainous Irina Spalko in Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull - because she had loved the popular franchise as a child.

What prompted Indiana Jones star Harrison Ford to get his ear pierced?
"A semi-drunken lunch with [late 60 Minutes correspondent] Ed Bradley and Jimmy Buffett, who were both wearing rings," he tells Maxim of the 1997 decision.
"Afterward," Ford said, "I walked down Madison Avenue till I found the first jewelry store that pierced ears."
