Ursula5977 recently shared some fabulous photos of my new favorite geeky crafts project: Her decorated Macbook. She says:
Out of boredom and lack of a hobby, I took the liberty of rhinestoning my beloved MacBook! It's almost to the point of tacky, but I absolutely love it.

Yesterday I shared some fabulous photos Lindsb's good friend took at the "The Art of the Brick" exhibit by Nathan Sawaya at the Lancaster Museum of Art and I realized there are probably thousands of you geeksugar readers who have exciting, geeky photos, stories and tips you want to share with me and your fellow geek fans.
Our shared admiration for all things techie, chic and innovative is the primary reason I started the Geeky Things I Love group, where I hope you readers will divulge all your greatest finds - like this custom designed smoked glass, etched with Darth Vader's image on the side of a popcorn machine.
This is different than just bookmarking geek gear you've found around the internet because it offers a place where you can share images and stories of unusual museum or art exhibits, funny gadgets you've found while traveling or even news, reviews and tips I haven't shared with yet.

For a second, I thought Wii fever was dead and I nearly missed Junemon's adorable photo of her sleepy wii puppii after a rousing game of Wii sports. Thank goodness I didn't because this might be the cutest geeky thing I've seen in weeks. I couldn't decide on a caption, so you have to vote on your favorite.

The 2007 International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York kicked off yesterday, and while I was unable to sneak away - ahem, I couldn't miss Maker Faire - plenty of bloggers are keeping me updated on all of the geeky wares.
Mocoloco captured this great image of Mike and Maaike's beautiful pixelated leather jewelry.
A kissing cousin of the Lego Obsession and Tetris necklaces from the spring, the pixelated leather jewelry has that certain dose of elegance and simplicity that the gaming necklaces lacked.

One of my college roommates spent many an hour playing Nintendo Duck Hunt and avoiding her school work (I was worried at first but she had this unnatural ability to ace classes despite her addiction and ended up becoming a brilliant Archaeologist). Needless to say, I was taken on a nostalgic trip down memory lane when I learned Craftster member Quacker Jacks has created a lovely and amazing piece of geek art inspired by the game. Apparently, Quacker Jacks decided to combine her childhood obsession with Duck Hunt with her new obsession of knitting and after about a month of on and off knitting, this gem was born.

If you are new to the iPhone, here's a simple yet amazing tip that you may not already know. Whenever you see a phone number—whether it be in a Safari search session, during a chat or in an email, just tap the number and your iPhone will instantly call that number for you—without you having to write it down or remember it. I’m kind of torn about actress Anne Hathaway, 25. She has been wearing daring, gorgeous outfits that make her look like a rare jewel. She has a very unique exotic look that’s borderline geeky and not cookie cutter at all.

If you're into geeky crafts and Do It Yourself projects you're probably already a fan of Craft Magazine, which is known for offering plans for making all kinds of geeky things like a cool chopper out of an old bicycle and a pedal powered iPod charger. The problem is, the magazine only comes quarterly, so I can get a little antsy for geeky, crafty things.
Enter Craft Blog, a constantly updated guide to the "most up to date happenings in the crafts world."
