LONDON – Trick-or-treaters beware: Manners count — even on Halloween.
Britain's authority on etiquette, Debrett's, issued its first guidance Wednesday on how to behave during the uber-American holiday.
Although the holiday originated with Europe's Celtic pagans to mark the end of summer — typically celebrated by bonfires to ward off evil spirits and children disguised as spirits of the underworld — it has only been recently that British stores have swelled with Halloween stock and trick-or-treaters have canvassed streets for candy.

So I'm at the mall this morning with the kiddies (just had to check out the MAC Starflash collection!) and took the boys to the little playground area. It's a little kiddie playland where the kids take off their shoes and run around and lose their minds (well, at least mine do) :ROTFL:
There was a little boy - maybe around 2 - that I saw hit another girl. The grandmother got the little boy and said, "No hitting, bad boy" and then sat back down.

Now we all love our mobiles phone but I hate being in a public place and having to hear your conversation....I don't want to hear about how well Timmy is doing in school, what you are having for dinner, what business deals you have made...mobile phones are that MOBILE so take yours to another place to have that conversation.
I have decided to list mobile do's and don'ts
DON'T
1.
Never take a personal mobile call during a business meeting.

"What's your sign?" This might be the most direct way to find out a person's astrological sign, but often the curiosity is disguised by less ugh-inducing words. "When's your birthday?"
