Alright, I am going to admit this right up front---I am probably one of the biggest Facebook noobs you have ever come into contact with.
I fought against the repeated temptations to join and then finally in May I did. Spent a fantastically insane amount of time building connections between my blogs and those I found on Facebook and at one point the connections to my FB page was bringing in new readers so much per day that I marveled at my stupidity in dragging my feet in creating a Facebook page.
Then it happened. My hard drive died last week, replaced it, spent several days trying to locate my bits-n-pieces...and then thought, "Gee I better check Facebook. It had been only 4 days since I last signed in----BUT----they deactivated my page and it reverted to the page and content that was on there the first day (first 24 hrs) that I created it. I lost ALL my friends/followers, ALL my content, ALL my links.......ok----everything!
Then the anger set in. When my hard-drive had died I had been relieved to know that all my content was elsewhere on the net and that all I had to do was go and collect it again. WRONG. Guess what?
There is no link on FACEBOOK for HELP...only more equally distraught and upset individuals who like myself just lost everything. Seriously...there is no official help from Facebook. In fact, people were so upset that they created new profiles with names like "Facebook AnswerURphone" or "Helpdesk Facebook" and "MIA Facebook Admin" then finally "Contact Facebookgoodluck" so at least I know that I was not the only one to be in this mess.

Most of us take prescription drugs -- drugs that, by law, must be prescribed by a doctor -- at some point in our lives. If all goes well, the drug works for you as it's supposed to. But there's no "magic bullet," or drug that works the same for everyone without any risks or side effects.

Having a service department we see people every week that come to us because their machine has stopped working and they are freaked out about losing their data. Huge iTunes libraries, thousands of digital photos, financial records, school projects.. their entire life..

Today is the day. In just a few short hours I will get my hands on the real, final copy of Leopard. While I have had access to the betas for months it is not the same.
