This Calculator Watch (on sale for $70!) is a replica of a retro Casio. It comes in three colors - blue, black, and white - and features a calculator, four alarms (one with snooze!), a stopwatch, and a calendar . . . not to mention it tells time.

I love its retro look - especially since there are so many geeky watches out there. What do you think, would you sport this style?

Solar-Powered and Waterproof: The Summer-Ready Tocs Watch

Finding products that are waterproof? Easy. Finding products that are solar-powered? Not so easy. Finding products that are both waterproof and solar-powered? Practically impossible!

If you live by the beach throughout the Summer (a pool works too!), then may I suggest checking out this Tocs Ani-Digi Solar Chronograph Watch? It stays juiced up from the sun (with a lithium battery for backup) and is water resistant up to three meters deep.

Now I know it doesn't scream cute, feminine watch (I'm hoping it's unisex), but it does come in orange or black as well. And best of all, it's only $50.

Ring-a-ding-ding, this Telephone Cord Watch is calling your name! Or is it? I'm all about vintage tech (obviously), but I'm not sure I could wrap this watch around my wrist. Why? Well, it's not exactly cheap (comes in at $65 bucks), so it's too expensive to buy as a novelty item, and really, I'm more about the sexy old-school phone items than the wacky. But I do have to admit, the number button below the face is a great touch. A great touch indeed. What do you think?

Turntable Watch: Love It or Leave It?

I've admitted my very strong desire for a phone watch like Penny had because all I want is geeky, geeky watches.

I am usually on the lookout for watches that do something cool like teach me Japanese, but I have also fallen so hard for this Turntable Watch ($175). Its main draw for me is giving me the dorky desire to make a scratching sound every time I check the time, so it might be good for me, annoying for my friends.

What do you think of it?

Konnichiwa, Talking Japanese Watches

No one is impressed with my only Japanese phrase, "domo arigato," so I will be scooping up these Talking Japanese Watches, which not only tell you the time like a good watch should, but also teach you Japanese!

That's right, they speak. They give you the time in Japanese, and the description claims that they teach you the language, so I have two questions: How, and how soon can I get one here?

Every single color is a must-have, which is obviously my next dilemma.

After whining about how I wish I could get my hands on one of those sleek Tokyoflash watches, a little mind-reading birdie dropped a few on my desk this week! I, of course, couldn't be happier, but I'll be the first to admit that the guys-only direction is a bit of a turn off - girls like tech-ified watches, too! But there's good news, a ladies line is coming soon! It's like Christmas in late June/early July!

But in all seriousness, TokyoFlash gives us a unique way to tell time, and I'm eating it up. I especially love the Pimpin Ain't Easy SS, Progression, and the Twelve 5-9 B styles like I'm sporting in the photos. Sweet, right? Tell me what you think!

TokyoFlash Watches: I Only Wish I Knew How to Tell Their Time

My obvious obsession with all things Japan continues. I have been salivating over the TokyoFlash collection of watches since forever. I may just have to break down and get one for myself, or give one to my BF as an excuse to check one out in real life so I can stop gazing at the web page, which is obviously not very satisfying. Although they aren't very girly, TokyoFlash LED watches are the epitome of geek. I mean, who wouldn't want a shiny futuristic watch that you have to decode to read?
