I'm a big fan of origami (I can't tell you how many of those little birds and shirts I made from my old Netflix flaps), but learning how to fold everything just right was kind of a nightmare. But with some animated step-by-step instructions from this site, you can banish your cramped hands and get it right the first time.
No more folding and unfolding, or wondering which way to flip the paper over, 'cause you have the animated instructions right in front of you!

Look, I don't have time to be on any sort of waiting list (unless Nintendo or Apple release something else, then we're talking) or, you know, the $4,000+ it takes to have a real Kelly or Birkin bag by Hermès.
Turns out that it's a good time to be a geek, because high-end designers are recognizing their wired admirers — the other day, Chanel released their own app, and now Hermès wants you to have your own low-budget Kelly — by downloading it!
If you're down with papercrafts but wish your crafts ended up more Upper East Side than the monsters from Gobeesta, then download this from Hermès' website by clicking "I want it" (of course you do).

I know how you all love papercrafts, so when I found these super-cute, ice cream-loving guys while surfing the Internets, I had to pass them along to you. Free to download, these "Fold and Fun" characters are pretty easy to put together, as I did all three over the weekend.
Goobeesta has even provided a blank cutout for you to design your own paper monster!

Not only am I a techie fiend, but I'm a crafty gal to boot! That means that I love making things with my hands, not just filling them with shiny gadgets. Gimmie some credit here; I've shown you lots of ways that you can be crafty, too, from repurposing old favorites to making new cases for your tiny new iPods.

I thought I geeked out when I saw (and devoted much time to making) Mario Cubeecrafts, but now they're really trying to kill me with the cute — check out these new papercrafts of classic TV characters! Pictured here from left to right, we have Pamela Anderson in Baywatch, Earl Hickey from My Name is Earl, and Dr. Jack Shepard from one of my all-time fave TV shows, Lost.
