Star Wars Miniland at Legoland

We've often thought there aren't enough Star Wars celebrations in the world. Thankfully, our Spring is getting a healthy dose of all things Empire and Rebel Alliance with the expansion of Star Wars Miniland at Legoland California. Lego Church Building Pictures

Tired of plain, gray concrete architecture, Dutch design firm LOOS.FM took inspiration from our favorite toy blocks to create the Abondantus Gigantus, a 65-foot tall church-shaped public pavilion for the 2011 Grenswerk Festival in Enschede, The Netherlands. Those aren't actual supersize Legos that make up the structure; they're called Legioblocks, concrete blocks similar in form to the toys. Read more

New Toys For Toddlers

Toddlers have a way with toys. They take them out, play for a few minutes, and then move on to the next great thing (without putting the first toy away – but that's another story). Keeping these busy bees in one place for more than a minute requires skill and planning. Adding a few new toys to their toy box can be all it takes to stop them in their tracks. Like the infant toys we've already Read more
