Kodak's Zi8 Camcorder: Not to Be Confused With the Flip

Jul 29 2009 - 11:11am After the success of the Zi6 pocket recorder, Kodak has decided to improve their line-up of camcorders by introducing the Zi8, which can easily be compared to Pure Digital's latest — the Flip Ultra HD. Available in red, black, and blue for only $180, the Zi8 offers 1080p recording, a 2.5-inch LCD display, a SD card slot, Facebook functionality, and can capture 5-megapixel stills. Kodak even announced that it'll be able to capture video in low-lighting conditions, something the Flip hasn't been able to do.

I am the same way. I was shopping on line for a Flip, but I think i will get one instead. They need to hurry up and start selling them.
