It's pretty hard not to love a baby onesie — especially when there are so many irresistible geek designs to choose from. Well, if you've got a little one in your life that you love buying onesies for, this trio gift pack of Punk Rock Retro Onesies ($36) is as hip as they get. Within one gift box, you'll get a lime onesie with a ghetto blaster, a white one with headphones, and a black one with Space Invaders on the front.

Everyone needs to eat, so why not cover up that vintage hand-me-down table you have shoved in your dining room with some geeky placemats like the ones I found on Holy Cool?
For about $16 dollars for a pack of six (plus tax and shipping of course), you can get your own set of record player, cassette, or old-school ghetto blaster placemats and stay totally entertained during dinner. Unfortunately, they don't actually function as working gadgets, so you'll just have to pretend and break your mom's rule of no singing at the table.

I love me a mix tape (obvs), so imagine my excitement when I saw this old school style Ghetto Blaster Tote on Karmaloop. Not only is it totally vintage chic, but it's also affordable! For 45 bucks, you can rock this bag all the way downtown — and it actually works!

This past weekend I was out and about in San Francisco and saw this geekalicious musician along the Embarcadero. I don't think he saw me under those thick bottle cap glasses, but he did strum a couple awesome tunes on his guitar while rocking a one-of-a-kind cardboard ghetto blaster - on his head. It was a feat to behold.

The very sight of a ghetto blaster, particularly a Dually Talented Human Ghetto Blaster, is enough to warm my heart and throw me into a retro glee coma, but the sight of the Shoulder Bag Ghetto Blaster has me thinking about long walks I can take around the Bay Area to show off my geek chic gear. Though it's just a concept at this point, the head of the blaster purse provides space for a large bass speaker, and the long narrow end of the horn-like shape serves as a bass reflex tube. You can wear it on your hip - although that might put you in dangerous gadget holster territory - or around your shoulder like a bookbag.

There are simple iPod boom boxes and plenty of boom box-inspired iPod setups, but I have yet to see anything that even comes close to the Lasonic Ghetto Blaster. The device is 15-pounds and features an iPod dock and support for USB flash drives and SD/MMC memory cards. No word on price or release day, but it's certainly hood fab.

When I first saw that this iSymphony Boombox was iPod compatible, I assumed that you could dock your iPod directly on it. Unlike standard docks, the top lid of this boombox opens so you can lay your iPod and a CD in the top of it— kinda like the music version of a DVD/VCR combo. Featured on 7Gadgets, the player is said to hold almost any MP3 device and comes with an AM/FM stereo.

I thought I had seen all shapes and sizes of iPod speakers until I ran into the Podblaster. It's a portable retro iPod speaker setup that looks like a cross between an old school boombox or ghetto blaster and the small Griffin Journi Speaker. It comes in black, a faux wood pattern and green and costs $40.
