As weird as geeky underwear may be, at least it's kept under wraps, so only those who see you in your skivvies will judge. What then, would you think of the wearer of these Headphone Boxers in the locker room or the bedroom?

Sure, he's passionate about being an audiophile, but the placement of those headphones bothers me. That just ain't right.

Then again, they're under pants and kind of a saucy, geeky secret. They could make a funny gag gift for a music buff, and they're only $5 on sale right now.

Their "I Heart Geeks" print is available in several styles of their Pink-line undie style (each $8.50).

I can't say I love them, but is it because I'm feeling prudey, or am I just kind of bored by the design? How about doing something in a binary code print?

Oh well, they're surely not boring to dudes.

Robot Lingerie: Totally Geeky or Geek Chic?

I've seen my share of geeky underwear, and I usually have a sort of negative reaction, even if it's only as negative as saying, "I wouldn't buy that."

But these Robot Bra ($10) and Underwear ($6) - I like 'em. Something about them charms the pants right off you (hehe).

Think about it; put these on underneath your Talk Nerdy to Me t-shirt, and you are walking Boy Geek Bait. Nerds are powerless in your presence!

What do you think - harmlessly cute undies, or do you prefer something a little fancier, a little more grown-up?

Geeky Panties: Love Them or Leave Them?

Okay, honestly, these panties from Think Geek that say "I'm blogging this" did get a huge grin from me.

That's not to say I'd wear them - geeky underwear kind of gives me the willies. However, I almost need those blogging underwear, at the very least to give as a gag gift to a fellow blogger. And it's not like anyone (ahem) would see them, so what's the harm in sporting them? I can't decide! What do you think?

Geeky Underwear: The Selection Just Might Scare You

There is some geek apparel that I adore - cute tee shirts, snowboarding jackets with built-in iPod chargers and fans, geeky ties and of course, an overall celebration of all things geek. There are other items I just don't understand, namely geeky underwear. It's a genre that's exploded recently, presumably inspired by video games, HTTP errors and the fact that the combination of geek and undergarments seems to titillate the type of person that buys their panties online.

I am a bit overwhelmed by undergarments with words on them, so I'm really only a fan of the simpler Username panties and official geeksugar thongs. As for the designs packed with more intense innuendos...well, see for yourself.
