As fashion powerhouse Anna Wintour recently said, "Geeks can be chic." Though that statement is nothing new to us, it is fun to see geek pop up in unexpectedly glamorous ways. Our current glam geek obsession is Batman jewelry - we were often caught channeling Batgirl on the playground, after all. The simple aesthetic of the Caped Crusader makes for some surprisingly pretty designs. Here's why I like this silver Ghetto Blaster Watch: it's useful. Not only does it represent a moment from my youth (double decks! Holler!), but it also tells me the time. But to every high there is a low, and here's why I don't like this silver Ghetto Blaster watch: the price. It's $234!
