I love my new Xbox 360. Not only does it coordinate with my other black gadgets, but it's now sleek, slim, much quieter than the last version and takes less power to operate. But if you think that the console is all gaming all the time, and only meant for hard-core gamers, you're sadly mistaken. My Xbox 360 is pretty much my all-in-one media center, and I can kick some butt while playing Alan Wake as well. In case you missed the Xbox 360 train, I'll give you five examples of what you can do with the console, besides play video games, and a few things to look forward to in the future after the break.

It's time to pay some respect to the video game consoles of the past 30 years, which paved the way for all the high-tech consoles we use today - hello, the Wii?! Isn't it ironic how each and every one of these consoles was a leader of its time? I mean come on, when the first Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) came out in 1985, it was the best-selling gaming console of its time (selling 62 million units worldwide). And since then, consoles have evolved beyond our wildest dreams. Enjoy!

Even if I spot an old Playstation hooked up to a guy's TV, I'm not going to pass judgment-ok, so maybe I'm secretly wishing he had a Wii hiding somewhere. In a recent article by Kotaku, a panel of gamers were asked the tough questions about what a console says about a guy-Now I've got your attention don't I?!

The experts include NY-based psychologist Carl Arinoldo, DeVry University's Ed Magnin, online gaming network CEO Ted Owen and GameTrailers.com's Shane Satterfield. How To: Get Your iPad Ready For Resale

If the rumors are true, the iPad 3 should be announced in March. If you're ready to upgrade from your first-gen iPad or iPad 2, now's the time to start thinking about selling. But before you post a listing on Craigslist or eBay, get all your ducks in a row first. Here's a few tips on how to prep your gadget for resale, and get top dollar for your efforts.

Back up your data and do a clean sweep - First thing's first - make sure you connect your iPad to iTunes and back up all of your data. You'll be able to sync it with your new iPad after you bring it home. And just like a computer, before you sell your old tablet, you'll want to wipe it clean of any sensitive information, apps, and contact lists. Erasing all of your content and settings (go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings) is great, but go ahead and perform a full restore in iTunes as well.
Polish the exterior - Cleaning your old iPad is kind of like cleaning your LCD monitor - you don't want to use any harsh chemicals or, even more damaging, water. Using a tried-and-tested cleaner like iKlear ($30) will ensure you won't damage your iPad's sensitive bits. Use the included microfiber cloth (or one of your own) and shine that baby up.

Your Shape Fitness Evolved ($34) - Working with the Xbox 360 and Kinect sensor, this game provides a personalized fitness program based on your skill level, but the Kinect actually senses where your joints are to give you proper form tips while you're playing. Add in special martial arts and weight loss classes led by actual celebrity trainers, and you have yourself a pretty amazing fitness game that really isn't a game at all.
The Fight: Lights Out ($20) - I like The Fight (which works in conjunction with the PlayStation Move), and in comparison to other fitness specific video games it doesn't feel like a workout; it just feels like fun.
Get Fit With Mel B ($) - Another PlayStation Move title, Get Fit With Mel B seems like it would be a good alternative to the gym; mostly cause Mel B is ripped, and if this helps her stay fit, it's gotta work for me, right?
Just Dance 2 ($34) - Like DDR before it, the Wii-compatible Just Dance 2 lets you work up a sweat with some awesome moves, and sing along to popular music. It doesn't get any better than that!
EA Sports Active 2 ($45) - I'm already a big fan of the EA Sports Active titles, so pairing it with the Kinect system is sure to give me an even better, more engaging workout experience.
