Yummy! The codenames for Google's smartphone OS, Android, continue to get more delicious: The first iteration is "Cupcake" (the favorite dessert of many a young woman) and the next codename is also tasty-sounding — or is it ridiculous?
And does the person that adopted this naming convention have the craziest sweet tooth in the world, or what?

Pizza Hut has already helped us get our deep-dish pizza fix with its downloadable Pizza Hut shortcut tool, and now they are stepping it up a notch with a new Pizza Hut iPhone App (totally free). Use this app to whip up your very own pizza with all of the toppings you love, choose a special sauce for an order of wings or order up a pasta dish. You can even save your favorite orders for quick ordering next time.

Why use a new review website? Because this one is for everything, not just restaurants and local businesses, or just food at the grocery store. Despite its foodie name, Lunch is the new review destination for peoples' opinions on just about everything, or as they say, "a Wikipedia for opinions."

Even in the kitchen, I tend to relate actual apples to you know, the Apple. I can't resist it (and neither could Gossip Girl, apparently).
So is this Pixelated Cutting Board from Chiasso, $28, a clever play on the company Apple, considering its namesake fruit is digitally rendered on the board?

It doesn't have to be trying times (I can't bring myself to say the R word one more time) for anyone to be able to appreciate inexpensive food. That's why I know you'll enjoy U Eat Cheap.
Type in your zip code, the search radius, and what kind of food you're looking for, and U Eat Cheap will populate a Google Map with restaurants near you that have entrees for $10 or less.

These days, a social network has to be pretty useful for me to want to join, considering my myriad memberships. One that makes the cut is Cook Eat Share, which is an awesome website and network for recipes and your experiences with them.
Although there are other sites to share recipes, I love that you can encourage your family to join, so you can get Great Aunt Carol's famous pie crust recipe anytime.

I always loved chemistry! This Cocktail Chemistry Set ($36) reminds me of those days in a lab coat, only this time I'm mixing up delicious spirits (responsibly, of course!).
Plus, this is exactly what my friends would expect from a geek, so now I have yet another excuse to plan a Mad Scientist-themed party!
