Gimme, Gimme: Dooney & Bourke iPad Case

I know I've said this before, but I reserve the right to completely blow my budget for a really awesome gadget or gadget accessory. I don't do it often (that amazing DVF Kindle Case being one example), but for this Dooney & Bourke iPad Case ($65), I just may do it again.

Made from something called Cabriolet cloth (an exclusive to Dooney & Bourke?) this padded case is apparently light and extremely durable (waterproof, stain and fade resistant, and low maintenance), it's the perfect iPad accessory for stuffing in your bag, or carrying on the plane. Plus, it comes in a variety of colors to suit your individual taste. And if you love this case, you have superb taste, obviously.

Perfect Palm Carriers by Dooney & Bourke

With so many cute new phones recently added to the Palm line-up, (especially the pink and white Centro's) we can be glad that Dooney & Burke have designed some fancy new cases to keep them nice and protected!

The first three in the gallery below are exotic leather Nile Wristlets, which come in rouge, black, or wheat and cost $125 each. This style fits a variety of Palm devices - and I'm sure it will fit some lip gloss and money as well!

The last is the blue Centro Wristlet for the Centro, which only costs $35 and offers a magnetic snap closure, front and back pockets, and a detachable leather strap. Again, probably big enough to keep your other goodies in as well. Thanks for geek-gearing TeamSugar user divagwendolyn!

Love It or Leave It? Dooney & Bourke Phone Wristlet

American designer Dooney & Bourke has teamed up with Verizon to bring you this stylish cell phone wristlet, which I saw on Gizmodiva. Made from D & B's signature multi-colored white fabric, the wristlets have a magnetic flap closure to keep your phone secure, a sky blue lining, and a removable leather wrist strap. Verizon seems to be using these carrying cases to promote the LG Chocolate handset, but they can be used with any mobile. Currently available for $50 from most Verizon Wireless stores across the US. Do you love them? Or are they too expensive for your taste?

When form meets function you have the convertible bag. These have been the celeb favorite lately. Remember Reese and her Lanvin? As well, Ashley Olsen's all about it. When worn as a satchel, the long strap hangs in a cool lackadaisical fashion; when worn as a shoulder bag, it looks travel ready. I appreciate Dooney & Bourke's effort over the past couple years to reach out to a younger customer with colorful prints and too cute spokesmodels like the current Emma Roberts and our fave Lindsay Lohan.
