Polaroid Beach House: Another Geeky Celeb Spot

When I think of Polaroid, I think of Polaroid cameras, which at this point have a vintage geek following, but the company is doing its darndest to promote their other products and has jumped on the celebrity beach house bandwagon.

The company has created a lavish $30 million dollar beachfront estate where celebrities and VIPs can enjoy tech toys, private dinner parties, exclusive events, BBQs, clambakes, and beachside activities.

Like the LG Beachhouse, the Polaroid Beach house is located on "the most exclusive stretch of beach in Malibu," and is completely decked out with with the company's TVs and gadgets. The house is decorated by the designers at west elm and features the company's home furnishings and accessories - such as bedding from west elm's new Pure Organic collection and comfy Walton sectional pieces with lots of glam mirrored side tables. It also features a gaming room outfitted with the latest Polaroid LCD TV's, sitting areas with the newest large flat screens and loads of outside space for celebrity photoshoots.

Polaroid has opened the house up for stars like Eva Mendes, Kate Bosworth, Courteney Cox Arquette, Jennifer Aniston, Leonardo DiCaprio and the cast of Entourage. If only we were so lucky.

Exclusive - See William and Kate on Vacation in Mustique With the Middletons

Prince William and his wife Kate spent the last week together on vacation with her family in Mustique. The couple spent a few days on the West Indies island with her sister Pippa, brother James, and parents Michael and Carole. William apparently met up with the group after the Middletons started their fun. He arrived, however, ahead of the celebrations for Carole Middleton's 57th birthday. The Middletons' getaway included plenty of beach time and group lunches by the water. The girls were able to wear bikinis and sit in the sun, while James snapped photos from his deck chair. William and Kate stayed at Aurora House, a retreat owned by their friend Mark Cecil, according to reports.

William, Kate, and Pippa wrapped things up and left Mustique for the Hewanorra airport in nearby St. Lucia, where they caught a British Airways flight. They headed back to London so William could prepare for his deployment to the Falkland Islands. He was scheduled to begin a six-week tour of duty Wednesday. Along with other pilots, William will be tasked with manning search-and-rescue helicopters.

Rachel Zoe Hosts a High Fashion Meeting of the Minds on the St. Barts Beach

Rachel Zoe had a fashion summit on the beach in St. Barts yesterday. The stylist-turned-designer chilled on lounge chairs with her pal Marc Jacobs, who was appropriately decked out in gear and towels from the design house he oversees, Louis Vuitton. Marc's possibly on-again love interest Lorenzo Martone showed his loyalty in a pair of LV-designed swim trunks. Jimmy Choo founder Tamara Mellon was also there decked out in a red two-piece for the afternoon on the sand. Tamara actually left Choo in November and is reportedly seeking to launch another exclusive label. She and her daughter Minty are celebrating the big changes on vacation together. Tamara shared on Twitter that the girls have been stuffing themselves with crepes.

The holiday is also a family gathering for Rachel, whose husband Rodger Berman joined in on the sandy fun. Their young son Skyler came along too, and he was ready for the sun in an adorable white hat. Rachel's wrapping up her holiday vacation in the Caribbean. She's sharing well-wishes with fans, and tweeted yesterday, "Wishing everyone a healthy, happy and most glamorous 2012 from paradise."

Halle and Nahla Have a Bouncing Birthday Celebration by the Beach!

Halle Berry threw her daughter Nahla a party to mark her 3rd birthday yesterday in LA. The proud mom rented a bounce house, which was set up by the ocean and took lots of pictures of the festivities as Nahla jumped around - meanwhile, we marked Nahla's big day with a look back at her first three years! The two girls were back home in California just in time to celebrate the milestone after a stint on the East Coast, where Halle shot New Year's Eve. Nahla's dad, Gabriel Aubry, even joined the girls in Manhattan so he could hang out with their little one while Halle was on the set of the romantic comedy.

Celebrate a small milestone. You're probably not going to celebrate every month you're married, but keep the momentum after the wedding by doing something low-key on your first-month anniversary. It could be as simple as sharing a bottle of bubbly while you watch your wedding video, read your guest book, or flip through the photos from your big day.
Save some fun for after the honeymoon. Hold off on opening your wedding gifts until you get back from the honeymoon; it'll give you something to look forward to besides getting back to the office!
Gab with the girls. After all the bride-centered showers and parties, now's the time to shift the focus from you to your gals. Once the wedding craziness is over, you can spend some quality time with your girlfriends catching up anything you may have missed in their lives while you were a busy bride-to-be. Grab coffee, go on a shopping trip, or hit the beach with your besties and you'll be out of your funk in no time.

Catch up on missed hobbies. Now that you aren't being consumed with reading bridal mags and wedding planning, you can spend your free time doing what you love. Get back into your favorite pastimes by joining a sports team or taking an art class. Or maybe just attempt to tackle that stack of books you've been meaning to read.

January Jones Makes a Hot Pink Appearance at Yoga Class

January Jones had her yoga mat in hand as she headed into a fitness class in LA today. She's back on the West Coast following a trip to NYC to promote X-Men: First Class. The pregnant actress chatted about preparing her house for the arrival of her first child now that she told us she's in a "nesting phase" and also touched on how much she enjoyed her break between projects during the press junket. January returned to sunny California just in time to celebrate Memorial Day weekend near the beach with other celebrities at Joel Silver's Malibu bash. She wasn't the only one expecting at the event, since Guy Ritchie's girlfriend, Jacqui Ainsley, was also sporting a bump during the festivities. January might have more celebrating to do if her prequel finds success at the box office this weekend after being named one of this Summer's most anticipated action films.

Cameron Diaz Wears a Hot Yellow Bikini For a Day on the Beach

Cameron Diaz threw on a yellow two-piece yesterday to spend her afternoon on the beach in Miami with friends. She ventured into the water for a dip and also stopped to chat with nearby fans. The Cameron Diaz bikini time came after a few low-key days with her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez. They've been checking in on the progress of a house they're building in addition to fitting in their regular workouts. Cameron also helped celebrate A-Rod's 36th birthday with a steak dinner at Smith & Wollensky. Their stay in Florida has been possible during the Yankees season since Alex is recovering from a knee operation. Alex will see a doctor today to see how he's healing, and if everything's going well, he'll head to Tampa soon to start training for a return to play.
