These Laptop and Camera Sleeves Are Totally PC

I love browsing the Yanko Design Store for cool and forward thinking products. I recently found these awesome icon laptop and camera cases, along with a few envelope style laptop messenger bags from designer 25togo.

Designed to look like your computer's file icons, you can take the inner workings of your computer outside and keep your tech covered in the process. Prices range from $22 for the camera case to $30 and up for laptop sleeves and bags, which seems totally reasonable amid a sea of overpriced designer goods that have hit the market lately.

Although no materials are listed, it looks like the sleeves are made of neoprene, and the messenger bags of a heavy-duty canvas. Check out a few more pics when you read more.

I spotted (and loved) Thomas Paul's typewriter laptop case over the Summer, but just recently found even more retro-inspired cases. The Simpler Times Old-Fashioned Cases ($25 each) are made for a cell phone, digital camera, and MP3 player and feature super-retro versions of the modern-day gadgets they're meant to hold.

Given my love for vintage geekery, I'm definitely a fan of these cute cases. I can't decide which one I want first!

Handcrafted Camera Cases For Point and Shoot Cams

After finding these six camera cases, which would be ideal for any point-and-shoot camera owner, I thought that's it, I'm never going to need to look for another case again!

Umm, well that was until I was perusing on the Neiman Marcus website and stumbled upon these colorful leather camera cases. Hard Graft Debuts New Felty, Sexy HIGH Collection

The last bag I saw by Hard Graft made me want to sell all my furniture to be able to afford it.

Now they're back with a new fleece line called the HIGH Collection, and it has me feeling what its name suggests.

The gorgeous set is comprised of cases for laptops, cameras, iPhones, iPods, even a Kindle case (and I know my way around chic Kindle cases).

The felt and leather accents run from about $60 for the cheapest case (for the iPod/iPhone) to $120 for the laptop sleeve.

Practical and Stylish Camera Cases

My Canon camera has been playing tricks on me lately, and I'm starting to realize why - the poor thing is being banged up and thrown around in my bottomless bag! I will admit, it's kept in an old makeup bag, but that little zip up number doesn't provide any protection whatsoever. I finally decided it's time to find a camera case that's actually designed for a camera - lightbulb moment everybody! Forget for a moment how completely impractical it is to pay $3,620 for a camera case. Just check out the camera case Givenchy made. Clear crystals, black leather: yes, you'd feel like a fashionista badass pulling your camera out of that.

Back down to earth, though, I just gotta say, wowee. Three grand for something you paid under three hundred for?

I'm not here to judge if you're going to snap this up, but let me just say, if you're going to buy this, please also consider adopting me.

Despite Name, New Fatboy Gadget Cases Actually Quite Sleek

Fatboy, usually the purveyor of chic beanbag chairs, is bringing their casual modernity to gadget sleeves.

The Fatboy Undercover line includes soft, suede cases for laptops, cameras, and MP3 players constructed simply. I can imagine that that fabric makes for a nice, easy slide into another bag.

Though they can hold any brand, the sleeves say they're perfectly sized for the MacBook Air or 15- or 17-inch MacBook Pro, depending on the style.

They're a little on the pricey side, with the cheapest thing (the iPod holder) at $19, and the most expensive (the largest laptop sleeve) at $99. Still, I'm a fan of the bright, happy colors and ultraplain profiles.
