After finding these six camera cases, which would be ideal for any point-and-shoot camera owner, I thought that's it, I'm never going to need to look for another case again!
Umm, well that was until I was perusing on the Neiman Marcus website and stumbled upon these colorful leather camera cases. Currently on sale for $80 from $100 (I know that's a lot but keep reading), their interior is fully lined and even comes with pockets for your cords, SD cards, batteries and more — I'm sure you could squeeze some cash and a small cell phone in there too.

I've already expressed to you how much I really like camera cases which conform to the camera's lens, so when I came across these leather cases — made specifically for Leica cameras — I was wishing I had a Leica (and not just because Scarlett Johansson rocked one in Vicky Christina Barcelona — OK, maybe!). Shipped straight to you from a guy named Luigi in Italy, these cases are definitely the real deal. There are 12 different colors to choose from and each case only costs around $45.

The last bag I saw by Hard Graft made me want to sell all my furniture to be able to afford it.
Now they're back with a new fleece line called the HIGH Collection, and it has me feeling what its name suggests.
The gorgeous set is comprised of cases for laptops, cameras, iPhones, iPods, even a Kindle case (and I know my way around chic Kindle cases).

My Canon camera has been playing tricks on me lately, and I'm starting to realize why — the poor thing is being banged up and thrown around in my bottomless bag! I will admit, it's kept in an old makeup bag, but that little zip up number doesn't provide any protection whatsoever. I finally decided it's time to find a camera case that's actually designed for a camera — lightbulb moment everybody!

Forget for a moment how completely impractical it is to pay $3,620 for a camera case. Just check out the camera case Givenchy made. Clear crystals, black leather: yes, you'd feel like a fashionista badass pulling your camera out of that.

Fatboy, usually the purveyor of chic beanbag chairs, is bringing their casual modernity to gadget sleeves.
The Fatboy Undercover line includes soft, suede cases for laptops, cameras, and MP3 players constructed simply. I can imagine that that fabric makes for a nice, easy slide into another bag.

British designer Anya Hindmarch is known for her fabulous handbags, but did you know what a stickler she is for organization?
It's evident she cares about your orderliness as well, because she has made these pretty little leather cases for accessories. Make no mistake, the pouches embossed with "CAMERA" (about $110) and "MY TUNES" (on sale for $73) are for your camera, and MP3 player, respectively.

It used to be that faux leather or animal skin was second best and you avoided it, but in these more responsible times, faux things are preferable. Hence why I'm loving these faux crocodile and snake Digital Camera Cases from Pottery Barn.
No cuddly reptiles had to die so your camera won't get damaged.

I know the Diana Dreamer Camera had a lot of fans when I posted it, both for its romantic results and its vintage styling, and now Urban Outfitters has introduced a custom-fit case for it, the Diana Case ($38). It's totally hot (built-in tripod hole!) and totally leather.
I've been looking for cases that conform to camera lenses since I saw Sienna Miller rocking one a few months ago, and the Diana Leather Case is my hippie-chic answer!

Not only am I a techie fiend, but I'm a crafty gal to boot! That means that I love making things with my hands, not just filling them with shiny gadgets. Gimmie some credit here; I've shown you lots of ways that you can be crafty, too, from repurposing old favorites to making new cases for your tiny new iPods.
