My Canon camera has been playing tricks on me lately, and I'm starting to realize why — the poor thing is being banged up and thrown around in my bottomless bag! I will admit, it's kept in an old makeup bag, but that little zip up number doesn't provide any protection whatsoever. I finally decided it's time to find a camera case that's actually designed for a camera — lightbulb moment everybody!

Buckling up can save your life, so why not use the same device to carry around your precious camera? Made from real car safety belts from wreckage yard vehicles, these repurposed Seat Belt Camera Straps ($20) are a very eco-friendly way to tote your DSLR, Lomo, or whatever kind of camera you have in your photographic arsenal.

Forgetting to set your white balance can be huge bummer, especially if you've just captured a once-in-a-lifetime shot.
With the White Balance Lens Cap ($45-65, depending on filter size), you don't have to worry about forgetting to adjust your settings before snapping away.
That's because it's already your lens cap (bonus: it's nothing more you need to remember to carry with you), and all you have to do is go to custom white balance mode, and then the cap creates the ideal profile you need.

Photographer Lauren Hillary not only knows how to masterfully integrate flat screens into decor, she also has a brand-new line of camera bags called Gobee Bags. As a professional photographer, Hillary (and partner Sara France) was dissatisfied by the lack of chic options for carrying around her equipment, and created these gorgeous bags — the Hip Clutch and the Card Holster.
Crafted out of leather and lined with suede, Gobee Bags have special compartments for CF cards and redefine chic luxury in a product that's usually made from boring canvas and ballistic nylon.
