HTC is gearing up for a big announcement on Tuesday, and rumor has it that the unveiling may include the Touch Diamond handset. Pictures and a rundown of specs have already surfaced on the internet, and I must say, it's sounding pretty hot. With 4GB internal flash, a microSD slot, eGPS, WiFi, a FM tuner, Bluetooth and a sleek 2.8-inch VGA display, this phone is certainly a lovely piece of technology, if it is in fact real.

If you love taking quizzes and haven't taken the geeksugar survey yet, I encourage you to click HERE to join in on the survey fun!
Maybe not exciting as The Hills Tech Quizzes, but it's a great way for me to get to know you—my fabulous readers! It also helps me learn ways in which I can improve the site to make it the ultimate geek chic experience!

I know taking quizzes on websites can be annoying, but they really do help bloggers like myself tailor our content to the wants, needs and desires of our readers. While I feel like I know most of you, there are many of you I unfortunately don't know anything about. I am hoping this survey will teach me more about you so that I can create an informative and chic website that you'll all enjoy and love!

A few weeks ago I announced the Top Talker - as in the person that leaves the most comments on geeksugar - during the month of May would win a cute geeksugar tee shirt from the Sugar Shop.
It seems that glam sugar must have been inspired by my ploys for her to step up her commenting (she was a runner up for April's contest) because she ended out the month as geeksugar's top talker! glam, I am so very proud and can't wait to see you share pictures of yourself in the Show Us Your Sugar group.

I can't believe it's finally Tuesday!
- Google announced the launch of Google TiSP (BETA), a free in-home wireless broadband service that delivers online connectivity via users' plumbing systems, as their big April Fool's Day joke. The Toilet Internet Service Provider (TiSP) project was described as a "self-installed, ad-supported online service that will be offered entirely free to any consumer with a WiFi-capable PC and a toilet connected to a local municipal sewage system."

Media giant Viacom, the parent company of networks like MTV, Comedy Central and the Cartoon Network, put the smack down today suing Google and YouTube for “massive intentional copyright infringement.” Viacom has been fighting with YouTube for some time over clips of Viacom programs and shows that end up on the site, and is now asking for $1 billion in damages. As we all know, Google bought YouTube recently for 1.65 billion, so $1 billion isn't exactly chump change. Here's more:
Viacom accused the video-sharing Web site of “exploiting the devotion of fans to others’ creative work in order to enrich itself.” It added: “There is no question that YouTube and Google are continuing to take the fruit of our efforts without permission and destroying enormous value in the process.”
The lawsuit is the latest scuffle between YouTube and Viacom.
