Click on the "Add Image" link below the "body" box
A popup window will happen - click on "Browse" to find your image on your computer
Once you have the image chosen, click "Submit"
The popup will show you your image, choose size: "normal" - if you want, you can give it a title (which will show up as a caption)
Click "Insert" and the popup will go away
Your "body" box will now have some text in it. Leave it as is. If you want to add some text before the picture, do it before the code that has appeared.
Click Submit

You know I like to keep you readers full of faux food attached to useful USB flash drives. In fact, there isn't a piece of USB sushi and eggs that I haven't wanted to get a close up look at. Word is, USB fashion makers have transferred their attention to more wheaty and meaty USB delights. That's right, Japanese food USBs are the leggings of this season - totally out.

I happen to be the woman that's been beaten by a 9-year old at the regular DDR game so I think exercising my other digits might be a constructive way for me to start my training. Meet the New Nike+ Fuel Exercise Monitor

Nike put on quite a show in NYC today to introduce its new Nike+ Fuelband ($149). Jimmy Fallon played emcee for a roster of Nike execs and spokespeople, like hoops star Kevin Durant, Lance Armstrong, and sprinter Carmelita Jeter, at the Highline Stages, where the product was unveiled.

The new bracelet is part watch, part exercise monitor, which allows you to set daily exercise goals and share your accomplishments with friends through Facebook, Foursquare, and Path. It's the competitive aspect that Nike hopes will differentiate this product from other exercise monitors. There is a USB port built into the band for uploading your stats, as well as Bluetooth capabilities. Even cooler, the Fuelband also has an innovative battery that can last up to four days. The Nike design team focused heavily on creating a stylish accessory, but this new gadget is really about motivating users to get out there and be active. You know, to just do it!

You can preorder a Fuelband today, which will be available as of Feb. 22. Will you be getting one?

Multitasking Media Through the Wormhole

Be it a work or personal computer, the task of transferring large media from one computer is usually much more complicated than the simplicity of the request. Two products from technology accessories company j5create promise to make file exchange as simple as a trip down a wormhole. A recipient of a CES 2012 Innovation Award, the Wormhole Station is a laptop docking station that shares the keyboard and mice functions across two computers simultaneously for drag-and-drop file transfers at superfast 5Gbps speed, which the company claims is about 160 songs per second. It includes outlets for USB 3.0 and memory card readers so that media from other devices is just as easily shareable among two desktops.

Should computer-to-computer file transferring be more of an occasional need - updating mom's iPhoto with pictures of the annual family vacation stored on your computer, for instance - opt for the Wormhole Switch. The single USB cable shares files of up to 480Mbps across laptops, desktop computers, Android devices, and iOS devices; no extra software needed.

The Wormhole Station is $130, and the Wormhole cables range in price between $25 for a PC-to-PC set, $30 for PC-to-Android, and $35 for Mac compatibility. Does Wormhole sound like an easier solution to the common flash drive or external hard drive or the how-do-I-share-content dilemma?

Heart-Shaped USB Pen Cup: Love It or Leave It?

Hey, look guys. . . it's pink. . . it has hearts. . . OK, I can't take it. This heart-shaped USB monstrosity boasts a purpose - a pen holder, a lamp, and a speaker, but I think even Hello Kitty would insist it's a bit too saccharine.

There's no suggested age range (i.e., elementary) for this gadget, so I have a problem imagining the meeting where someone pitched this desk accessory for living, breathing females over the age of 5.

Making the Most of Your Tiny Desk

Whether you're in the process of sprucing up a small office or you're about to head off to college, having a comfortable work space at your home base is integral. We all know there's nothing worse than being stressed when you're on the heels of a huge project or you're trying to cram the night before a big exam, and clutter on your desk only creates more stress. You may be glued to your desk at your day job, or if you're a college-aged kid, you may be planning to live at the library, but having a space to work from home, regardless of size, can make your life far easier.

For all the working women, I love this Sort and the City Desk Organizer ($30). It's a great way to keep files together, and I love the wooden cosmopolitan scene. Its unassuming color would be a great addition to any desk. For the collegiate ladies out there, I'm a huge fan of the USB Tulip Hub ($22). These little guys will be your best friend at the library when you're working on a paper or preparing to print. Instead of a boring design, mix it up with this portal pot of tulips.

You may be tempted to fill up that desk with tchotchkes, trinkets, and a million framed photos, but take a step back and re-examine the scenario. Instead of the cluttered chaos, choose practical office accessories with flair!
