If you have a Droid, you might be familiar with the rooster alarm tone. And if you're not familiar with it, imagine the most annoying high-pitched rooster sound imaginable playing loudly over and over and over. It's just the latest chapter in the saga of his Droid vs.

I have two close friends who met online. Not through a dating service, but through mutual friends, blog posts, and Twitter accounts. If you've ever tried it, you'll probably agree that flirting online can be a lot easier than flirting in person, especially in the beginning stages of a relationship.

The hype surrounding Motorola's Droid is understandable — for the first time, a phone has really started to give the iPhone a run for its money. Although phones can be polarizing, my guy and I have agreed to disagree on our top phone picks: he's a Droid, while I'm an iPhone.

Busy schedules, full workdays, and just general life all seems to get in the way of quality face time when you're in a relationship, so there are days I'm thankful for all of my gadgets and the technology that goes along with them — especially when it helps me keep in touch with a certain special someone. And, especially when we haven't been able to see each other for days at a time, I've been known to fire off a flirtatious email or two. They're usually pretty harmless, but certainly not something I'd want my co-workers — or worse, my mother — reading.

I know we can all learn from others' experiences during my Tech Dating 101 series, but how often can we use tech to help us out before, during, or after our date? Apparently, quite often. I found seven fun and sometimes helpful apps to find out if Mr. Right is really Mr. No Way in disguise.
