Here's a simple solution for those of you who want to take your iPod or cell phone to the beach, but are worried about getting sand or water near your beloved (and pricey) devices.
The Splash Pack DriPod by Allsop is an air-tight case that will basically waterproof your iPod, headphones or digital camera. I was relieved when I saw it on Chip Chick because you can control your iPod while keeping it nice and sealed without having to remove it from the case.

HP and MTV may be hosting a PC design competition for the public, but Sony has unveiled VAIO Graphic Splash Maya Hayuk Edition notebooks featuring designs from New York-based, emerging artist, Maya Hayuk. The limited edition PCs are available in two designs entitled "Grow" and "Never Stop," and are surprisingly pretty and youthful.
Hayuk conceptualized and painted the designs especially for the campaign.

When the limited edition lilac Hannah Montana PSP 3000 bundle was announced, I couldn't help but go on a bit of a rant about its sexist splash of color — although I don't think throwing Miley Cyrus' alter ego, Hannah Montana, into the mix helped out the situation either. Don't get me wrong, I love color, so the fact that Sony is coming out with a PSP 3000 in pink and turquoise this November, I feel like they've somewhat redeemed themselves. I'll let the pink slide on this one, but the turquoise?

Well, Pentax has just announced its latest in the waterproof world — the Pentax WS80.
