Horse Riding Simulator Is Amazing (Not in a Good Way)

You can find me any day of the week pretending to be in a hot rock and roll band with my geeky friends, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. But if I were pretending to be riding my own show horse in the confines of my own home that would make me feel kinda icky. Granted, this horse riding simulator called the Ridemaster Pro is meant to be used in gyms, horse riding schools and whatnot, but the question begs to be asked: If you're in a horse riding school, wouldn't you want to ride a real horse? Just asking. . .

Caught on Gizmodo, this interactive game lets you ride your (fake) horse around a virtual ring. Learn how to ride, jump, and work those muscles you need to grip on to a real horse all for a cool ten grand. Actually, this totally reminds me of the mechanical ponies I used to ride outside the drugstore for a quarter - minus the LCD flat screen. Now those were good times.
