Even if you didn't get to party with Tim Burton himself on Tuesday night for the unveiling of his career-spanning collection of art in NYC, you can still go check out the goods at the MoMA, and now can don your iPhone or laptop in his work as well. GelaSkins is known for their huge selection of artist-inspired gadget skins, and have plucked the artwork right out of Burton's "The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy and Other Stories" and handed it to us in a collection called Tragic Toys for Girls and Boys.
The iPhone skins will set you back $15, and the Laptop skins start at $30, but seems like a deal if you're a Burton fangirl, or just adore his creepy-cute art, like I do.

If the Twilight laptop skin isn't your thing, then maybe this selection of cool and geeky ones will be. I first found this awesome Snow White laptop decal (which reminded me of yet another Twilight-themed decal), which incorporates your Apple logo into the piece. But then I kept browsing the shop and got hooked on all of the totally geeky decals, which can be used on your laptop, your Kindle, your walls, or wherever you want to stick 'em.

As more details emerge about the upcoming New Moon movie, I'm going to channel my Twilight love into my laptop and consider getting one of these New Moon laptop skins ($20) which just so happen to feature our favorite characters including Edward, Jacob, Alice, and Bella.
And for the same price, don't forget to check out the Twilight apple decal too!

I love my laptop (but not in a creepy way), but sometimes I wish I could spruce up the exterior as much as the interior (colorful wallpaper, fun icons, and so on). Rather than spend money I don't have on a fashionable laptop like the Vivienne Tam Notebook, I've decided to get more creative with the laptop I already have.
For $28, I can get one of these special limited-edition Artist Series Laptop Skins, which measure 15.4 inches — making it the perfect fit for my MacBook Pro.

I go in and out of liking laptop skins; sometimes they can look cheap and dumb, and sometimes they're done right and end up looking so adorable that I want to buy a whole series. Making a good case for the latter scenario is this Tree Laptop Skin ($19).
It would make your laptop so cute and distinctive that no one would mistake your MacBook for theirs while you were up getting your third coffee at Starbucks.

There's no denying it: Everyone needs a little Morocco in her life. Can't afford a trip right now? The only world traveling you do is on the World Wide Web?

Lately, I've been toying around with the idea of getting a skin for my laptop. Since I lug it around everywhere with me, I run the risk of damage from taking it in and out of my bag, in my luggage, or even just when it's sitting on my kitchen table. Plus, I have to admit I get pretty OCD about smudges and scratches on my precious gadgets...

The first thing I thought of when I learned from Chip Chick that HP and SkinIt had teamed up to offer "skinned" products was—why don't I own more HP stuff! I know I talk about laptop skins alot, but what's so great about these skins is the fact that you can "dress up" a variety of gadgets with a ton of unique designs. For instance, once you find a skin you like, choose the device you want to customize.

Whether it be with stickers, rhinestones, cases or sleeves, pimping your laptop is definitely one of the hottest geek chic trends. I prefer my basic white Apple, but if I do decide to kick it up a notch, I'll probably get a SKYN. SKYN's are not only stylish, but reusable and will keep your laptop surface nice and protected.

Bring a slice of summer right to your laptop with these vinyl schtickers by Kolobags!
Lapschtickers are great because they add color and style to your laptop while protecting the top from scratches. And if you get bored of a particular print, you can easily remove the current Lapschtick and switch it up...which I must say is far less risky than permanently tattooing your laptop.
