After using Google Docs for a number of years, I'm still amazed at the fact I can easily share individual docs and make other users collaborators. Well now Google Docs is getting even more sophisticated thanks to its ability to share an entire folder.
So now if you're working on a project with a co-worker, or an assignment with a fellow classmate, you can easily share the entire folder with them so they can access the docs or spreadsheets within that folder.

Since a majority of you are Google Docs users, I thought you might find this dashboard widget helpful. Krisb Gdocs is a free download that will allow you to easily read GDocs in your browser window. With this widget you can quickly access your documents as well as upload files by directly dropping them on the widget.

Just like Gmail labs, Google is always adding fun and useful template ideas to Google Docs. The latest ones that caught my eye are the workout templates, which were designed by fitness expert Karon Karter.
Just like other Google Doc templates, you can access Karon Karter's personal cardio training docs, weight training docs, and Pilates training docs for free.

If you haven't tested out Google Docs yet, what's stopping you? The spreadsheets were indispensable for me over the last few months when I collaborated with friends on a party and planned a trip out of town with several friends — my boyfriend and I even use it to make grocery lists (watching someone edit your doc simultaneously is endlessly fascinating).
So I was shocked when I read that only 1 percent of users utilize Google Docs, and that people are still using Microsoft Office.

Did it ever blow your mind when you first started using Google Docs, and you watched your friends edit the document at the same time you were viewing it (it obviously did mine)? The only thing that has never blown my mind is the bare-bones look of the docs.
Sure, they got the job done, but I would never deny I wanted something pretty to look at.

Usually when I need to access my Google docs on the fly I pull out my iPhone and navigate my way to my Gmail account.
Google is now offering Google Docs Mobile which will make accessing my docs that much easier. To view your Google docs on your cell phone, just point your browser to http://docs.google.com/m and all your docs should appear if you have Google set-up on your phone.

I love to travel, which means I'm always on the lookout for any new, interesting and helpful travel tips. So when I caught this amazing tip in this month's issue of Budget Travel, I was all over it.
There's plenty of ways that Google can be used for travel planning, and now there's another way Google can help you while you're on the go: use Google Sites to store all your travel documents, like scans of passports and ID's, itineraries, and conformation numbers for easy access anywhere in the world.
