Why do you need another free app from a retailer?
Because Gap's Style Mixer app for the iPhone does more than just let you peruse and mix Gap pieces — the cool feature is that when you open the app near a Gap store, you unlock a special discount.
So, sure, you can mix and match styles and then add them to Facebook, but what you really want is the discount, right?

Dare I say it my friends, but Fall is just around the corner. Since we can't escape the truth, we might as well embrace it and face those cute fresh-for-Fall laptop sleeves.
Now I don't know what the weather is like in your neck of the woods come September, but here in San Francisco, temperatures tend to rise rather than fall.

I have sung the praises of the HP Mini on a few occasions, and can't get enough of the netbook craze altogether. And although I love the mighty little machine, it does come with a certain disadvantage: it's so small you might lose it to the depths of your full-sized laptop bag. I know, I know, I shouldn't complain — the lighter the laptop means less shoulder strain for me.

Well Election Day is finally here, and to commemorate this special occasion, you can pick up some yummy voting treats and pimp your Facebook profile page with Gap's influential and colorful "Vote For" buttons.
To add some to your page, just visit The Gap's Vote For Website, click on the buttons page, then see which ones stand out to you the most. Once you find one that you like, just move your cursor over the button and you should see an option to "Add to Facebook."

Now that the third annual Gap Casting Call has officially kicked off, I thought I'd be a total geek, and help my fellow friends with uploading and submitting your little one's photo to the contest entry page. It's a simple process and well worth the five to 10 minutes it takes to submit your child's picture — you get a GapKids/BabyGap and Snapfish special offer at the end. Want to learn more about the contest?

I love shopping, I love my iPhone, and I love any application that makes it easier for me to shop on my iPhone. Tommy Hilfiger just released an iPhone app making it unbelievably easy to shop for men, women, and children's clothes, right from your phone.
My favorite part is how closely you can zoom into an item to check it out.

There are probably a million and one great things you can do with your library of digital photos. Photo sites like Flickr offer elaborate ways to explore and share pics while free photo editing sites allow you to enhance and resize your little moments in time. But, what should you do with all your photos once they are all spruced up?

The weather may be getting cooler, but not in the gaming industry where things are certainly heating up! With so many new titles being released in the latter months, it's sometimes just a question of where to begin. In between answering all those emails, trying to get to the gym and stocking up some some much needed Fall gadgetry, you may feel like you don't have the time (or the cash) to get in some good gaming.

- Bluetooth headphones have enough trouble bridging the geek and chic gap given their funky shape and the fact that they are attached to your ear, so I'm not sure there's any hope for these Bluetooth sunglasses, which are being tested by the FCC. Totally Geeky or Geek Chic? Bluetooth Sunglasses
