After using Google Docs for a number of years, I'm still amazed at the fact I can easily share individual docs and make other users collaborators. Well now Google Docs is getting even more sophisticated thanks to its ability to share an entire folder.
So now if you're working on a project with a co-worker, or an assignment with a fellow classmate, you can easily share the entire folder with them so they can access the docs or spreadsheets within that folder.

Oh, the evolving humor of today's youth: Youngsters have apparently taken to freaking out their friends and classmates by pretending to be online predators! Nine cases in Cornwall were investigated where police suspected that pedophiles on social networking sites like Bebo and MSN were actually fellow classmates of kids who weren't getting along — all around age 10.
This is really par for the course in a time when we're seeing and questioning online bullying — though these cases weren't taken as far as the Megan Meier case or the Kristin Helms case, can we really be surprised that these young kids see new possibilities to tease and torture each other with the Internet?

I always thought I'd go to my ten year high school reunion. It was just something you do, and my high school friends and I all dreamily talked at graduation of meeting back up when we were grown-ups. But something happened.

A recent article from CNET revealed that Facebook doesn't permanently delete profile content when users delete their profiles, which forced me to confront something about myself. I don't want to alarm you, but sometimes I have a love/hate relationship with my tech. On one hand, I love being as connected as possible with my iPhone, laptop, iPod, WiFi, Bluetooth.

I spent New Year's Eve in San Francisco with a bunch of my geeky Stanford classmates and my boyfriend. Enjoying a night with old friends made me think about the upcoming year, my aspirations and resolutions that might help me obtain them. I'm hoping someone out there will hold me to these.
