Our Cell Phone Evolution Series continues with a famous female that not only won the coveted cell phone obsessed celeb award for 2007, but 2008 as well!

I'm looking forward to seeing her flash her cell phones on the upcoming season of The Hills (airing April 6) but until then I have a slideshow, which traces her cell phone usage throughout the past couple of years and will tide us over until the season premiere.

When Lipstick Jungle's Nico Reilly showed up with a white iPhone 3G during this week's episode, I'm pretty sure my eyes bugged out like an old-timey cartoon. Wasn't it JUST the week before that she debuted a black iPhone 3G? This TV character's cell phone upgrades are as dizzying as another blonde diva's in her second season.

Sure, Britney, Paris, Lindsay, and Hilary have all had cell phone evolutions, but they're real people who are upgrading. The only fictional character I can think of who switches out her cell phone so fast is one Serena van der Woodsen of Gossip Girl. She's had at least two cell phones per season so far, changing them like she changes her incredibly short skirts. Check them out!
