If you're a Kindle owner, you also need a good cover to encase that bad boy. The first Kindle came with a gray suede folding case, but it was a bit lacking in pizzazz, while the Kindle 2 doesn't come with any case — which is as good an excuse to shop as any. And the new Kindle DX, big as it is, isn't left out in the cold either.
Chic Cases For Your DS
If you're tired of carrying around that same old lame nylon DS case everywhere you go, I have good news for you! There are other options besides the kiddie-fied cases that have pics of Yoshi and Mario on the front.
And trust me, once you get something a little more fashionable, you won't be as embarrassed to whip out your stylus on the bus and start gaming away! Check out a few of my favorite (and fashionable) DS Lite cases in this slideshow.
First Kindle Cases: So Not Hot Right Now
The first Kindle Cases by WaterField have been unveiled and, well, they aren't the functional/fabulous sleeves I was hoping for. They remind me of the boring laptop bags that took the world by storm when they first came out — plain black, zero oomph factor. Although if you're desperately in need of something to protect your Kindle from scratches and damage, these cases will definitely do the trick. According to Engadget, these cases will be available starting Feb. 12 and will cost $27 for the slip, $39 for the sleeve case, and $49 for the travel case. Let's just hope these are the first of many new cases to come!
