Those who didn't win an Oscar get to cry over a pretty extravagant consolation prize — a swag bag worth over $23,000, according to People. The Oscars loot for those losers includes an orbital space flight from Virgin Galactic, a $16,000 trip to an underwater spa in the Maldives, a $200 cream made from black caviar, $100 Swarovski-encrusted electronic cigarettes, a five-day stay at a private island with personal butler that totals up to $12,000, and more.

Still, I'm sure these swag bag consolation prizes fall far from matching up to winning an Oscar. But I bet they sure do help with the sting of losing!

Hey guys, check out this $700! I mean, check out this $700 Leather Laptop Bag by Dolce & Gabbana.

You'd think the only thing I wouldn't be able to get past is the name, and sure, the Italian label does say luxe and lavish, but wow. Seven hundred bones. I don't even have to invoke the "R" word, that price is extravagant no matter how well the economy is doing.

To its credit, it does look quite supple and fabulous, but in what world would I own this bag? A crazy, amazing dreamworld that I could afford this in, as well as where I would feel comfortable paying this much for my laptop bag.

What do you think? Is the name and craftsmanship worth it?
