Valentine's Day Deal: All Incipio Pink Phone Cases 30% Off

I've never really been a "pink" girl, but there's something about the impending holiday that softens me toward the hue.

I've never really been a "pink" girl, but there's something about the impending holiday that softens me toward the hue. I guess it's just more romantic than obnoxious — so what better time to get a pink cell phone case than for Valentine's Day?

Sweetening the pot is Incipio, who's offering 30 percent off all of their pink cases — for iPhones, BlackBerrys, iPods, etc., — from now until Feb. 15. Just add the pink case to your cart to see the discount.

I've bought an Incipio case before and seen most of their colors in person, so I can attest to the shades looking great in real life. Yes, even the bubblegum pink.

Jonathan Adler Gadget Cases Make Needlepoint Modern

I'm used to seeing designer Jonathan Adler's work on CasaSugar, but I was rewarded today when I browsed around his mod website to find accessories for the gadget queen in me.

I'm used to seeing designer Jonathan Adler's work on CasaSugar, but I was rewarded today when I browsed around his mod website to find accessories for the gadget queen in me. This Cell Phone Cozy and MP3 Case are $48 each — and I want them both.

The needlepoint cases are on the same kind of usual Adler level — thoroughly modern, but with an element (in this case, the needlepoint) that's totally vintage chic.

Mink Cell Phone Holder: Would You Use It?

Do you wear fur?

Do you wear fur? Does your cell phone? Because this Mink Cell Phone Holder is not understated in the least.

I searched for the word 'faux' in the description, but nada — this appears to be the real deal.

And proving that the recession has even hit Kimora Lee Simmons-types hard, the formerly live cell phone holder's price has been slashed from $240 to $96 (and it's a final sale, so be sure you want the fuzzy critter around your phone), which I personally would not.

Tell me, even if you're not antifur, would you be pro this?

Vaja's BlackBerry Bold Cases Are Too Sexy For Their Shirts

So sexy, yeah it hurts.

So sexy, yeah it hurts. Vaja, the maker of supple leather goods fabulously fit for chic geeks, has some new cases for the BlackBerry Bold.

This model, which cradles the Bold and flips open to reveal the front side, is particularly mouthwatering.

However, the price starts at $75 (lord knows where it stops) and that handcrafting process takes 45 days!

Yeah, it does hurt.

Plia Designs' Cell Phone Cases: Kinda Cute, Kinda Universal

Plia Designs is banking on the fact you really want to protect your cell phone when it's in your bag, or another place it might get jostled; their Luxe iPhone/BlackBerry Cases are like little books, with elastic bands to hold your phone inside.

Plia Designs is banking on the fact you really want to protect your cell phone when it's in your bag, or another place it might get jostled; their Luxe iPhone/BlackBerry Cases are like little books, with elastic bands to hold your phone inside. It's not the greatest thing for accessibility, but I like the idea that you can use this case for most phones and smartphones (negating having to buy a new case because you went from say, a first-gen iPhone to an iPhone 3G).

There are a few pretty patterns, though I'm partial to the metallics, but they're kinda pricey for phone cases at $72. Still, traveling with that baby would give you a great sense of security (which sometimes makes it worth it).

I just got my hands on Specks new lineup of cell phone cases and they're not only affordable and will keep your phone scratch free, but they are totally trendy too! Below you'll notice the BlackBerry Pearl Hard Shell Case ($25) that comes with a removable swivel holster and belt clip and protects your phone while maintaining its sleek design. Then there's the Hard Shell Case and Stand ($30) that comes in two pieces that snap together to protect your iPhone 3G and includes rubberized no-slip finger rails on the sides.

And last but not least (and one of my faves), the Pixel Skin ($25) for the iPhone 3G that allows you to access all your controls and ports, and it comes in seven hot colors!

This past weekend PetSugar took a little trip to Portland, OR, and while out doing some shopping at a local craft exhibit, she found the perfect case for her BlackBerry Pearl! PetSugar picked up one of these $14 leather cases with a hand-painted yellow flower accent to protect her cell phone. The company that creates these cases is called Appetite and thankfully has an Esty store, so we can check out its other cute designs.

Appetite also makes an assortment of vegan as well as nonvegan cases for everything from laptops and cell phones to itsy bitsy cases for iPod nanos. Here's hoping it updates the online store with some BlackBerry Curve cases so I can get my hands on one just in time for Fall!

Do All Your Gadgets Have Cases?

I extolled the virtues of having proper laptop protection, here and in the office — so much so that one of my coworkers was afraid to show me her banged-up Pro — but seriously, cover it up!

I extolled the virtues of having proper laptop protection, here and in the office — so much so that one of my coworkers was afraid to show me her banged-up Pro — but seriously, cover it up! I get to comb the Internet daily for laptop bags and cases, and cases for cell phones, cameras, basically any gadget small and un-awkward enough to cover, so I consider myself an unofficial expert. And yet. . .

Though I recently got a gel case for my BlackBerry, I've been letting my iPhone hang loose in my bag (seriously, you guys, that thing refuses to scratch), and my Nintendo DS? Naked as the day it was born.

I have sewn cases, bought cases, but I don't always practice what I preach (except for on the laptop bag front — you don't mess with that). What about you? Do you have a case for everything: cell phone, laptop, camera, portable game system, iPod?
