I tend to be attracted to solids and more gender-neutral hues, so this is unusual for me. The papers feature hand-drawn floral and geometric patterns in a mix of metallic, glossy, and matte finishes for an elegant, modern style. I am always on the hunt for ways to jazz up my iPhone, be it a shiny new case or a fun wallpaper. So when I stumbled upon Poolga about six months ago, I was instantly addicted! Poolga is a website that provides awesome, creative and free iPhone wallpapers. All of the wallpapers on the site are created by artists, illustrators, and graphic designers, so they are super original (you won't find any blandscapes here) and as an added plus, they constantly update the site so there are tons of choices. I had to share it with you guys! You'll want to bookmark this one.

As I mentioned on Tuesday, decorating with mostly browns, grays, and oranges in the Fall is simply not my style: I love color too much! The good thing, though, is that I don't have to. levyn87 said she finds free funky wallpaper downloads at Pixelgirl Presents, and boy, was she right! The site has a simple interface and archive of adorable wallpapers organized by themes from animals and anime to cute and urban. Talk about a pretty pixel makeover.

Brit fashion designer Vivienne Westwood's apparel may be too punky to wear for some, but her new collection of wallpaper for Cole & Son has just enough whimsy for every house. From her iconic Squiggle print of Fall/Winter 1981-92 to her more recent Cutout Lace of Spring/Summer '07, all of her wallpapers are based on signature designs from her fashion collections.
