Reader ladyisadorable recently added some stunning shots to the Cool Capture group:

I love the repetition of the lamp posts in this picture. I just wish that I had backed up more so the top of the lamp hadn't been cut off. This was taken at the University of Georgia. I used to live in Athens and my friends and I would wander around campus even though we weren't in college and just hang out. This was taken with a Vivitar v3800n.

On the exterior, Vivitar's new ViviCam 8027 is wrapped in a rustic red leather-like material and offers a vintage metallic body and feel that could be mistaken for a camera from the seventies — needless to say, I fell head over heels in gadget love when I saw this cam on Chip Chick. But on the inside, the ViviCam is anything but retro with its 8.1-megapixel resolution, 3x optical zoom, a nice 2.4-inch LCD screen and a rechargeable lithium battery. And if you aren't digging the red hue, you can also pick one up in black or yellow. Unfortunately, a price hasn't been announced just yet.

Orange-ya glad I discovered this ViviCam 7399 on Chip Chick? This exotic little number by Vivitar is not only fun to look at, but it also comes with a mp3 player, and four built-in games — since when did cameras have all these great goodies?! Alongside these fabulous features, it boasts 7.2-megapixels, a 2.5-inch LCD monitor, a SD card slot and a 3X optical zoom. No word on pricing just yet, but I'm loving the fact that it screams — "grab your shades and towel, we're headed to the beach!"
