The Creators Project, a revolutionary partnership between Intel and Vice magazine, invaded San Francisco's waterfront Fort Mason Center this weekend with an extravaganza of tech-driven art, film, music, artist talks, panel discussions, and creative workshops. Dedicated to supporting artists in realizing their creative visions through technology, the event was an astounding showcase of mind-tripping, interactive installations that entertained geeks and art lovers alike. And since no good fest is complete without dance-demanding, fist-pumping beats, much-anticipated LCD Soundsystem alumni James Murphy, Pat Mahoney, and Nancy Whang, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and Squarepusher also headlined a 10-act musical lineup. The project, which has united more than 150 artists from around the world in its three-year history, drew more than 25,000 attendees over two days.

Didn't make it to the event? Watch out for it this year when it returns to Paris, São Paulo, Beijing, Seoul, and New York. But first, experience it all vicariously with a few awe-inspiring photos and glimpse some of the impressive artwork that was shown.

Quote Of The Day: Rick Owens Talks About Advertising

Advertising pulls you more deeply into the fashion system than I'm willing to go.
Advertising pulls you more deeply into the fashion system than I'm willing to go. I have enough, and my business is growing at a pace that's gradual enough to be safe, yet fast enough to be motivating. And advertising's another job, like runway shows. Once you start, you need to be ready to do it forever. That being said, I never thought I'd be doing runway shows.

Quote Of The Day: Bernard Willhelm Talks About Dior Homme

No, those guys are all too skinny--It's just something I don't want to touch.
No, those guys are all too skinny--It's just something I don't want to touch. I'm so bored of guys in white shirts and black jackets. My last men's collection was a renaissance work. I wanted to look back at how clothes used to be made. First came the body, and then we made clothes to fit it. I had to learn how to cut again. It took me ten years to learn that.
