With Valentine's Day right around the corner, I can't think of a better excuse to treat myself to a spa treatment and a new flash drive — sounds good right?! Mimoco has come out with these adorable Swirl USB Mimobots, which are part of the Mimobot Core Series 2. Designed for Mimoco by Dino Alberto, you'll have to act fast as there are only 2,000 available. You also get to pick out a fun protoHoodie to dress up your Mimobot. Prices are as follows: $40 for the 1GB, $60 for the 2GB, and $100 for the 4GB.

You may have already heard about Domo, a Japanese animated character, which has recently become a viral sensation — much like Hello Kitty — in the US. Domo is a fuzzy, brown character that was created by a Japanese television station in 1998 as a mascot. He quickly became popular at novelty shops in Japan and it was recently announced that he will make his US debut on the Nicktoons Network, with a series of two-minute shorts.

How will the US celebrate our soon-to-be love and adoration for all things Domo? The USB mavens at Mimoco hope we'll be picking up Domo art/toy USB flash drives. It's hard to fall in love at first glance, but I must admit, Domo is pretty cute.

The Domo flash drives will be available in capacities from 1 to 4GB, and will be fully functional flash drives encased in cute and colorful bodies compatible with both Windows and Mac platforms. I don't like to let a single USB drive slip through the geeksugar cracks - be it a luxury item, goofy shape or food-inspired USB - so I feel compelled to share the “Disk on Key” USB flash drive.

I know I talk about USB Drives more than people actually use or purchase them, but the Zip Zip LEGO drive was just too exciting not to share. It's a regular 1GB Memory Stick that's Windows and Mac compatible and includes a lanyard. They're no Brickwall LEGO ring, but I say they're pretty chic.

Thankfully this USB flash drive is only 1GB, as I'd be hesitant to crack open bottles with a 4GB drive filled with important data! But, if you are someone who likes to have an opener on standby, this might be the gadget for you. For $30 from SkyMall, you can amuse your friends with this lime green Popdrive. Easily attach to your keys, purse, belt buckle or backpack. All I can say is use at your own risk. And only save material on it that you have back-up for (just in case, right?!).

These eye candy gems from Sony Japan might look like tiny tubes of lipstick, but they are really music players/storage drives. These E series flash players will be available in 1GB, 2GB and 4GB versions. They also come with a built-in USB plug which you can use as a drive and a three color LCD display. Use this gadget to playback MP3, WMA, Atrac, and AAC formats and with a built-in lithium ion battery, you can get continuous playback for 30 hours on a 60 minute charge- sweet! The Sony E series will be available in Japan starting April 21. Sony will also be releasing fun accessories like an arm band, sports clip and neckband for this media player. Pricing will range from 11,000 Yen ($92) to 20,000 Yen ($165). Not too shab at all!

We all know the best gadgets come from Japan, so it seems natural the best food gadgets would incorporate the best Japanese food: sushi. (Yeah, I know, that's fuzzy reasoning, but I'm hungry and looking at a bunch of yummy-looking gadgets. Just stay with me!) Super star gadget makers Solid Alliance offer a selection of delicious and silly mouse and USB gadget options that are more fun than practical or geeky, but exciting nonetheless.

The rice omelet mouse (seen here) is one of those "what the heck?" - or as giggle would say WTF - items. Apparently, covered in ketchup, the plastic piece is actually a cover for your mouse, but can fit over other gadgets such as a telephone or if you are feeling really goofy, your co-workers sandwich.
