We're just days away from the iPhone 4S launch, and if you've finally decided to take the plunge and upgrade from your year-old iPhone 4, don't worry — there are ways for you to trade up without having to sell your iPhone online. These outlets are trading iPhone 4s for cash, so start planning accordingly.

• Apple — Apple is offering up gift cards in exchange for iPhone 4s in working condition. Exchange values will vary depending on scratches, battery charges, and whether you've supplied the power cord.
• Nextworth — Get cash for your iPhone 4 through this company that accepts phones via mail and sends you payment via PayPal or check.
• Target — Target is also working alongside Nextworth to offer customers trade-in values at their mobile locations or online and payment in Target gift cards, which can be used to buy the new iPhone 4S in store.
• Radio Shack — The Shack offers in-store trading in exchange for cash value, or you can choose to complete the trade-in online, which will garner you a Radio Shack gift card, which you can use toward the purchase of a new iPhone 4S.

Black Friday mania is in full force, but Radio Shack isn't willing to wait around for the 26th — it's kicking things off early.

Starting on Sunday, Nov. 21 through Nov. 24, you can save a few bucks on gadgets and services like the new Galaxy Tab, which is $50 off with a mail-in rebate and two-year data plan contract. Not a bad deal if you want to get your hands on the sleek tablet. Good news: there are even more line options for you during this year's iPhone 4 launch on June 24! Of course the iPhone will be sold at Apple stores nationwide, as well as online, but other big-box retailers are getting in on the launch-day action, too. • Apple Store — Line up at the usual party place on June 24. Doors will open at 7:00 a.m., and there will be two lines — one for customers with preorders, and one for nonpreorders. Make sure you get in the right line!
• AT&T — Head in to your local AT&T store to grab one. Stores will be opening early! Update: AT&T has issued a statement saying that they will not have any iPhone 4s available for walk-in (or nonpreorder) customers.

Cycling legend Lance Armstrong is having a busy week. He crashed during stage five of the Tour of California and also defended himself against allegations of drug use during the Tour de France. On a bit more optimistic note, Lance's new commercials for Radio Shack — the cycling team he rides for — came out this week. In the spots, Lance gives some lessons on cell phone etiquette, which include: "No man over the age of 30 will ever use emoticons — no colon parentheses smiley faces . . ."
